“Wow, that was the best Starbucks experience I’ve had in years. As a regional manager at a similar concept I have to say I was blown away by the level of hospitality here. They brought food and drinks out to guests sitting in the lobby, everyone genuinely interacted with the guests and elevated every experience. I go to many Starbucks and I’ll be going out of my way to return here. Great job team. The leaders here deserve a raise.“

“If you know you know this Starbucks is one of the best you can come in and clear your mind grab fresh coffee and and not feel like you're on top of other people if you need to check an email. Top knotch place do a little work drink some coffee.“

“Emma went above and beyond. I preordered my drinks at 120th and I-25 accidentally, rather than 136th and I-25. When I was told that my order was not at this location, I was bummed because I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to drive to the other location. Emma was so kind, offering to make my drinks there as I was rushing off to work. She really turned my morning around with her kindness, willingness and overall attitude. “I can’t say enough great things about Ezra! She is hands down the kindest, most positive person, and she truly makes every visit special. She’s always at the window, and it honestly feels like she works every shift because I see her there so often, always bringing the same incredible energy.

Her attention to detail and customer service are unmatched! not just for me, but for everyone I see her interact with. This level of care isn’t always the norm at other Starbucks locations, which is why I go out of my way to come to this one. “Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet and encouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile!“
