“One of the best mom and pop steak house in town , The food is always amazing , the service is the best and the prices are very competitive with other steak house even lower in price then the top steak houses. I can’t enough about this little gem tucked away in a little strip mall. Give 5281 a try , you won’t be disappointed at all. We love there food and drinks.“

“First time visiting. My wife and I had a lovely time for her birthday and Hideaway made efforts to acknowledge her special day. My wife is a fan of prime rib and the Tuesday smoked prime rib special was perfect for her. Serving size was more than enough and the kitchen made a special arrangement for our appetizer. Service was excellent and the waiter recommend a chocolate birthday mousse that my wife fell in love with. Ambience was great and fit perfectly for our desired atmosphere. “Carissa was the most attentive server. She had a great knowledge of the menu, and offered great input on the food and cocktail selections. Lucas was super helpful, and great to talk to. (GoHawkeyes!) The staff at the host stand were so welcoming, and accommodating. The steak was perfect. I traveled here from Iowa. Only stumbled across this place because it was right in front of my hotel. I had the best experience. Service, food, atmosphere 10/10. Hoping to stop back in before I leave. As a former server/bartender of 15 years who now works as a nurse, it was such a pleasure to be taken care of by your staff.“

“I have been here many times and the food is generally perfect. I brought friends from Basalt and they were happy with their meals. I was not. I ordered the steakhouse burger very rare. It came overcooked and my server didn't come back to ask if everything was okay. I ate what I was served but was unhappy. The manager Tim came by as we were finishing and I told him how I felt, but there was no offer of anything to compensate which disappointed me. I don't know how I feel about returning, which is too bad because I live in walking distance and there are many other restaurants to choose from in the area, also in walking distance,“

“We stumbled upon Luke’s by accident and we are so glad that we did! We did not have a reservation, and the restaurant was busy, but that didn’t stop the manager and the bartender from giving us top notch service. They were both incredibly kind and attentive. The food was AMAZING. I rarely clean my plate but I ate every bite. I am pretty picky, so this was a big deal! I would give Luke’s a 20/10. We will definitely be back!“
