“I usually Don’t write food reviews but I’m fat sooooo….Ever have those tacos that claim to be a meal but eat like a snack , making you scramble to hit Dunkin afterwords for a coffee and a donut just because it doesn’t do it for you. So check these out ,Tacos that eat like a meal and it taste like the good lord himself is doing a flavor Harlem shuffle in yo mouth. Teddy B's Restaurant . “We got take out and were excited to try this new restaurant based on the reviews. The food was delicious and was ready quickly. We had 2 curries and the tandoori chicken, with the calamari appetizer and naan. Only complaint is that we received four small pieces of tandoori chicken (the container it came in was half empty), which did not seem like a good value for $20“

“I have been eating at Claire’s since the 80’s when I moved to Ct. from a Midwest college town filled with healthy dining options. It felt like home then and still does. The biggest problem is deciding which special to try. I seldom make it to the “ regular “ menu…I’ve traveled to 45 states and 35 countries and Claire’s is in my top 10 worldwide…seriously.“

“Stopped into Brick Oven as a suggestion from my high school buddy who lives in New Haven. Will be a place I frequent going forward in my travels to New Haven. The pizza was great but the customer service was even greater.. The owner actually took the time to converse with us and to have good pizza and good customer service puts this spot high on my list of places to go period. Da prez“

“Everything was great! My wife and I brought our two kids (14 & 11) there yesterday evening and everyone enjoyed themselves. The oysters, shrimp, and clam chowder couldn’t have been more fresh. Kids enjoyed their lobsters and our steaks were cooked perfectly. Our youngest thought our server Adam looked like Tom Brady lol. All around perfect- thank you!“

“Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit today, the food was delicious and the service EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you for offering the GLUTEN-FREE injera and all of the creative vegetarian dishes... we loved the fresh and flavorful salads (Key Sir Selata and the Timatim Fitfit), then had the best Ater Kik and Tikel Gomen I have ever had in my life! We will definitely return, and highly recommend to anyone in search of authentic Ethiopian cuisine!“

“Went to the store to get some beef sausages. They authentic Turkish Greek and Albanian food. They have a large selection. The cheese was also good and had a lot of large selection. We went to the pizza place next-door and had.Borek. It was also authentic to the Macedonia region and my husband enjoyed it. I would recommend this place for Pizza and Borek.“

“First time here and went with a traditional cheese pie. YUMMY!! The sauce is amazing and for us it had just the right amount of cheese. Some will find the flop factor a negative but I truly didnt care as the taste made up for it!! We will for sure be back to try more menu items!“

They were very accommodating to her as she can't walk far and opened up the side door so she could easily get to her table. highly recommend this place!“

Worthy of the drive to East Haven I know what a pain Longing for the good old days when I could just roll up for some cupcakes it was so convenient. “This restaurant is lmost hidden in a small strip mall, just a quarter mile from the Orange West Haven line, this family run, friendly Taqueria is definitely a hidden gem. As you walk inside the vibrant colors and ambience surround you with hand painted Mexican scenes on the tables, carved colorful chairs and warmth from the friendly staff. There are only about 12 or so tables. The food servings are generous and full of fresh vegetables, cheese and delicious well cooked meat. It is a great place for a relaxed meal or take-out. Support this easily accessible Post Road family business and enjoy!!“

“Excellent dining experience! Our waitress Paola S was fantastic. The food was delicious and the menu full of great selections. One dish needed to be sent back ( our fault) and replaced and it was handled quickly and without any fuss. We will definitely return when we come back to New Haven.“
