“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

“The many positive reviews on Google and Yelp are correct. This storefront in a small strip of businesses might not look like much—plastered with brightly colored, probably stock images of the wide variety of dishes available, and possessing decidedly utilitarian tables (4) and chairs, this is decidedly more of a take-out than dine-in sort of establishment. My husband and I both opted for the combination plate with both lamb and chicken. ($12.95, includes a salad of iceberg lettuce and tomatoes to the side of the rice and meat and a can of soda; there is a surcharge for credit cards.) The ingredients were fresh and well-cooked (no dried-out chicken here); the salad was still crispy despite being in the same container as the entree. Lamb was the nicely spiced stuff found in gyros; chicken had been marinated in a faintly sweet savory sauce, almost like teriyaki. The long-grained rice was fluffy, and brown in color, similar to the fried rice one gets at same Chinese restaurants (soy sauce?—though it wasn’t salty). We asked for, and received, a generous topping of the white yogurt-based sauce. The white sauce had bits of minced herbs in it, which is different from what I’ve seen elsewhere, but very tasty. Portions were ample—I didn’t finish my rice, but my husband ate all of his.

If we lived in the area, we would definitely become regulars.

I may not agree with the company owner on everything, but I can’t argue with the quality of the chicken—it’s always solid. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly and upbeat, and the place is always clean. I’ve never walked into a dirty location, which says something. Whether it’s a sandwich, nuggets, or those waffle fries, you know what you’re getting every time. Reliable, quick, and just plain good.“

“I'm visiting from out of state, and I like to find places to eat that I don't have back home. I love loaded fries, so this was a no-brainer for me. I ordered the taco fries without jalapeños. The service was great, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was excellent. The fries themselves, aside from any toppings, are thick-cut, earthy-tasting, legitimate freshly-made from handcut potatoes. The toppings were generous and flavorful, and didn't taste generic or store-bought. 10/10 would recommend, and I hope to eat here again on future visits to the area!“

“I actually go to the location in East Hartford... but both locations are delicious. My buddies and I from work go here at least once a week. The dogs are amazing, as are the burgers. Everything is cooked on the flat top grill, and as such, the burgers are not the big fat variety. If you know that going in, they are perfect. The staff is always very engaging and fun, the food is consistent, and I think the prices are very fair. Give these guys a shot... from breakfast sandwiches to lunch food, I have never been disappointed.“

“The food that I ordered was so good! I just wish they could add and serve a mayo dip like ketchup. I am crazy about eating fries with mayo. “I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

“Clean very clean great updates to the restaurant only problem is there's only about two people there that speak English so you're going to have to wait if your order is wrong other than that I highly recommend it for a quick meal or even just to stop and eat me and the misses go there and eat all the time“

The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.“
