“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

I may not agree with the company owner on everything, but I can’t argue with the quality of the chicken—it’s always solid. “I’ve been going there for years and always get a fry or a pulled pork sandwich (serving sizes are too big for me to eat both in one meal). Today I got the crispy chicken sandwich. Holy carp! It was amazing! My only complaint/suggestion is they need a larger milkshake size.“

More importantly, whenever I get a sub I love the works and getting all the toppings. Tik Tok threw this on my for you page and I had to try it. I got the Original Italian on rosemary parmesan bread. Top it Mike’s way then add mayo, dill pickle, hot chopped pepper relish, and jalapeño peppers. No, it’s not too hot! (At all). Don’t be scared of the peppers, just do it! You’re welcome. Disclaimer, the only reason I give the atmosphere a 4 is because I wish there was more seating but the quality sub makes up for it.“

“I actually go to the location in East Hartford... but both locations are delicious. My buddies and I from work go here at least once a week. The dogs are amazing, as are the burgers. Everything is cooked on the flat top grill, and as such, the burgers are not the big fat variety. If you know that going in, they are perfect. The staff is always very engaging and fun, the food is consistent, and I think the prices are very fair. Give these guys a shot... from breakfast sandwiches to lunch food, I have never been disappointed.“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

He really made my experience more than just grabbing fast food late at night. I commend his professionalism and hope the company does too, because he deserves it. “Clean very clean great updates to the restaurant only problem is there's only about two people there that speak English so you're going to have to wait if your order is wrong other than that I highly recommend it for a quick meal or even just to stop and eat me and the misses go there and eat all the time“

“The new dining room is open to customers. They've removed the blue half circle bench and gone with country rustic. Butcher Block tables with black metal accents. The carpet is gone and tile in its place. Sight lines have been opened further.Drive through is quick. Ordering from the inside counter is the same. Meals come out quick & fast. The service team works well together and takes pride in their new surroundings, keeping them clean.“

“Erica! I was just in there to order a double and frys and nuggets. She then gave me the best option for my particular order. Not a big deal unless u compare it to other cus service workers. Then I watched her help two more people and give them prices off the top of her head that she's memorized for like every sandwich. Well done.“
