“I think this must be a training issue because it’s new this year and happens every single time - I never get my drink. I order on the app and sit at a table. I get my food, and then they walk away. Once in awhile they bring me my drink, but usually not before I’m done with my food. This is at the least the fifth time this has happened here, maybe closer to the tenth.“

“I see a few negative comments. I have to say, I've been coming here since they opened. I always thought grilled burgers were better. I may have had a problem here and there but most times everything goes smooth. They have better everything. I remember when McDonald's got caught having dehydrated onions and soy in their all beef burgers. I always could taste that onion I hate them. But this burger king is good. I've seen the manager work right with the help. When they did make a mistake they quickly fixed it free. As far as mask's go. Well some people just don't like it. I don't believe they didn't serve one customer but served the next. Buisness has a right to take precautions. If you don't like it. Go to McDonald's ?“

“The people here are truly so kind. I’m from Florida but every time I come to Connecticut to visit my brother I always make sure to stop at Canes. I ordered the Box Combo and it was so good! The chicken is crispy and you can tell that it is fresh. The fries are perfectly salty and I love to dip them into the Canes sauce. The bread is my favorite part of the whole order. It tastes so perfect and I definitely miss it when I travel back. They have some nice music playing and it feels very welcoming. “July 2019 - Every year we stop here on our way home from vacation. It is easy off and on the interstate but more important we have always had friendly service and the place is clean. They also always seem to be up to date with the decor, offerings etc. This year a super nice guy was on duty at 7:15 pm. Rush hour was over and the place was clean and tidy and he was just a nice, friendly person. We will continue to make this our yearly stop and recommend this McDonald's to families and travelers. Decided to go through the drive through instead where they shorted our order. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, got 2 single burgers without condiments. Never again.“
