The large dive-bar offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and it is always a good time here. The burgers are OK, but the seafood, salads, and fried foods are the shining stars of this place. Whatever you order, don’t forget to feed the locals.

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

“This is a cool place. The main clientele are Spanish speakers, and none of the bartenders really spoke English, but they were able to take my orders without too many issues. It's a good place to go on a weekday evening as it is one of the few places in Danbury that closes late.“

“My son and I went in on a whim after our first choice (House of Yoshida) was closed for lunch. Although they advertise fish and chips as their primary selection, they also offer a variety of south asian dishes. Neither my son nor i had ever had Pakistani food, so we were excited to try something new. It took a few minutes for our food to come out because it was made fresh in a clay oven. When our meals arrived they were piping hot and unbelievably delicious. Spicy, yes, but loaded with subtle flavors and fresh ingredients. I dont hand out 5 star reviews lightly, so believe me when i say that this little fish and chip shop is an absolute gem.

“Had the best birthday dinner last night. My veal scallopini was perfection and the NY strip was delicious. My husband also had an appetizer with crepes stuffed with chicken and mushrooms which he said was outstanding. The service was so friendly and impeccable. Even though we were the last customers before closing we didn’t feel rushed at all. Always amazed that Chef Carlos is the one that prepares your meal all these years. La Piccolina never disappoints.“

This spacious, authentic Colombia restaurant/bar is perfect for a large gathering, with delight bilingual staff. All dishes come in medium to small portions, menus are digital and easy to review. It is a little pricing for small portions of good meals. And for my understanding, Fridays, they have performer ( Karaoke), and weekends do get pack.
