“Last week my family and i had dinner at Flair which is one of our favorite restaurants and Hector the owner told us his family bought Fratellis. We said we would come in this week snd try out the new restaurant. We had told Hector the we loved clams casino and he remembered and even though they were not on the menu he brought some to us from Flair. They were excellent. We also had the best chicken dish ever which was called chicken fratellis. It was very obvious that Hector and his family bent over backwards to ensure our experience was amazing and.......it was. “My Aunt introduced me to this place earlier this year. Their shrimps scampi has me craving a return. Yesterday, was my return to the establishment. I must say. That dish still tastes amazing. Their salad are some of the best I've had fresh wholesome ingredients and a balanced level of your favorite dressing. I think I found my permanent scampi place.

That lasagna was also an awesome dish. Cheesy top. Great tasting pasta sauce. Im not usually a fan of the mix beef and sausage. But I'll gladly eat that any day. That was good.

“Let me share with you a little background. I lived in NY for 23 years, and moved to CT. Since then, I couldn’t find a pizza place that reminded me of home. CT has great pizza, don’t get me wrong, but everywhere I’ve gone, there was always something missing.

Enter Mama Rosa’s, a place me and my wife happened to find tucked away in North Haven. The first time we tried, goodness, I fell over. THIS PIZZA IS SO GOOD. It’s almost EXACTLY like a NY Style pizza!

But surely, it can’t be consistent, right? WRONG. We got it maybe 7 more times, all different pizzas, throughout a few months, and man, ITS ALWAYS GOOD!

Today, for the first time, we decided to try something else; a grinder. I got a chicken parm, and my wife got a steak and cheese. We told ourselves, surely, they only specialize in pizza, no way the grinder can be as good…

…WHAT. LO’ AND BEHOLD, THE GRINDER WAS A HIT, both of them!

Which is why I’m writing this review. This is the best pizza place I’ve been to since I’ve lived here in CT. Please keep this place around, there’s truly nothing like it.

“We 4 ladies came from Michigan to attend a celebration, honoring our pastor: Apostle Fred Harris. This was his hometown. Attendance in Connecuit, church Rock of Ages, Bishop James Holly. From there, this beautiful Sunday (9/14) we ate at Pizza Castle Resturaunt. No complaints! The staff was nice. Our server was excellent, in spite of the customers shw servied! 17 of us alone at our table. Food: Excellent!“

“Stopped by on my way to NY tried a GoodToGo order, I will I was surprised by the quantity of donuts. Unfortunately and I don't want to be harsh as GoodToGo is used to stop food from going to waste, but these donuts were really stale and just barely edible. Which surprised me because the donuts given to me came straight from what was on the shelves for the day, I got there around 3:30 and they closed at 8 according to Google. If you do try them maybe try to get them as they open and are fresh. The donuts with cereal with the easiest to eat for some reason but the rest were just dry, stale to the point that it was hard to try and finish. On positive note if you looking to get 10 donuts for $7~ check this place out on the GoodToGo app.“
