“Came here for the first time today. I've been wanting to try for awhile. Amazing place. Love the menu! So many different things to choose from. Tons of veggie options. I had a veggie melt with broccoli, eggplant, onions, sundried tomatoes and cheese. It was amazing! If you haven't been, great eats for breakfast and lunch!“

“Best Pho in all of Madison CT. It is extremely delicious and I haven’t been able to find a place that is as welcoming and warm as it is here. The service is awesome and the people are there are always so sweet and great! Love to how the Pho with Beef, always makes my day better! Their sides such as spring rolls and egg rolls are also super delicious!“

“This was our 3rd visit to Gran Arso, and it is the third wonderful time that we immensely enjoyed our meals. The chef is truly talented, with many of the dishes pairing different ingredients that one would be surprised that would go so well together. It is truly one of our very top places that we have experienced. Previously we have had top notch servers. This time we were a little disappointed, however. She was slow to bring out our drink reorder (so much so that we ended up cancelling). She also made us feel that we were being rushed to get us out of the restaurant. Additionally, while well informed about the menu items, she did not directly answers some simple questions appropriately. (example: I asked her how the duck breast was prepared, wanting to know what temperature to expect the the meat to be served. She answered something like “perfectly”). We were not impressed! Other than our server, we had a wonderful experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend Grano Arso to anyone who is in this area!“

“The restaurant was clean, host was very attentive, lobster bisque had huge chucks of lobster, awesome cosmos, we had stir fry, and princess chicken glad we took the ride. It is well worth visiting.“
“Very kind service took care of us right as they where about to close very sweet Abby and charlotte are such fantastic employees who always show kindness even when they get small tips they are still amazing if I owned a icecream store I would poach them immediately, they made my night 100X better they were so fantastic that they got tipped $5 for there fantastic service. Would give sweet P's 10 out of 5 starts if I could, they deserve a raise for how polite they where.“

“Honestly originally came here thinking it was a typical tavern. Left having one of the best food experiences I have ever had! The food was amazing and so perfectly prepared I have been back countless times since and am always recommending them to friends and family. “I’ve been thinking about Jia Mei’s dry cooked food. Today I tried the 5 Spice prawns which was served of a bed of warm lettuce, red peppers, and fresh sliced chilis. It was delicious, flavorful, colorful, and spicy. This cooking technique is a style of Chinese cooking which is hard to find on the shoreline. Yum!“

“The place looked compelling as we drove by; it is absolutely stunning inside. Very special and rich decor, yet very comfy. A little disappointing that they were missing some menu items. The New England clam chowder and the pot stickers were excellent.“

“My husband and I stopped here for brunch yesterday and dinner tonight. Everything was amazing! The cannoli pancakes are out of this world and the pasta ragu was fantastic. My husband had the bacon wrapped meatloaf sandwich and Philly steak sandwich and raved about both. I’d highly recommend the Shoreline Diner.“

“The staff were very sweet and attentive! There were many small details which made it special- a little flower rose on the straw, beautiful decorative edges to the vegetables, soooo yummy (M- curry) and simple decor with rich accents. Loved the sitting area!“
