“This was our first visit to Coast Seafood. Upon walking in we were a bit apprehensive about what our experience would be like. That apprehension was put to rest from the moment we received a warm greeting with a 'thank you for coming to my restaurant.' Our cocktails were perfect. My wife had one of, if not the best cosmopolitan martini she's ever had. Come to find out it is the owners specialty drink. The pan-fried beef goyza dumplings served as a wonderful starter. For entrees, I opted for the filet of sole that was very tasty. My wife had the special of the day, Chilean sea bass that was absolutely incredible. Lucky me, she could not finish it, so I got to do the honors. Unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert. The service was excellent with every need promptly tended to. We are very happy that we dined Coast Seafood. Next time we find ourselves back in Greenwich, CT we'll be returning for another excellent dining experience.“

“Many tend to flock to the village of Bayville for its restaurants and bars on the water and beautiful sunsets. Let me give you a proper suggestion: eat here, have a drink or two and then enjoy another drink and the sound view elsewhere. The diversity of the menu and the quality of the food with its unique taste cannot be beat by any place in this town by far. The drinks are great as well. Despite its location away from the water, it is typically packed especially on weekends so have patience when visiting. From my own observation it seems to be mostly local regular customers, who probably have a laugh at those visiting the ‘tourist’ spots for dinner expecting a great meal. As someone who has visited this town often and tried much of what there is to offer, this is what I would call Bayville’s best - grandma’s cooking, if you will. Give them a try.“

“Made a reservation here for restaurant week. Apparently didn't need one. The place has its own parking lot with about a dozen spots. We entered the building which took us into the bar, which was bustling. The dining room was quaint, with some really nice booths and a fireplace that should have been lit. Our server was a good looking young man, pleasant, not overbearing with a sense of humor. We opted to include an additional appetizer of baked clams to our meal, along with the crab cake and winter salad, which I forgot to take photos of. My friend opted for the lamb chops while I had the branzino piccata. Yummy, although the menu never stated that the fish was served over a shrimp risotto. (I'm allergic to shrimp). Only 1 bone in the fish, so I was lucky. Our dessert consisted of tiramisu and rainbow cookie cheesecake. I was "fortunate" to get the last piece although not very cheesecake-y. All in all we had a nice dinner and will maybe return for another meal.“

“Four of us went for HVRW dinner and the food was awesome. For starters we had the eggplant meatball, crab croquette and salad. Loved them all. Dinner was salmon, lamb and paella Palomino, which is my husband's favorite. Lovely service. Dessert was the flourless chocolate cake. Cant wait to return!!“

“We had another wonderful meal at Capital Grille! The petit fillet is so tender and velvety and I had mine Oscar style - crab cake on top and asparagus underneath!! Delicious!! “Oh my goodness...we cannot WAIT to go back! First off, the service is fantastic from the hostess to our server to our clearer so friendly, always smiling and made our meal even better. We opted out of an appitizer to save room for dessert (so glad we did). We had a combo plate with a crunchy taco and cheese enchilada...both great and a beef burrito! HUGE and flavorful! We ended the meal with churros and they were worth every calorie! Served hot and with three dipping sauces.We can't wait to go back and try some different dishes. So glad we tried this place over the weekend! Go, go, GO!“

“Just stopped in today for lunch and picked up the Fish Sandwich of the Day. Absolutely delicious fresh grilled branzino on a fresh brioche roll with greens and amazing fresh tartar sauce. I chose the salad side instead of fries and it was delicious with a great, homemade vinagarette. I will be back to try more! Well done!“

“I’ve always walked past this place and today I decided to stop by with my partner for Happy Hour. It was one of the best experiences we have had in Stamford yet. The bartender, Branling, recommended food to try and he made us some of the best drinks I have had I had to order a couple more (old fashion and Italian 75) because he truly made them like no other. I can’t wait to come back and try their dinner menu and many more items because of the amazing experience I had this afternoon!“

“Discovered this place today on our way back from Stamford-- what a gem! The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and the place was very clean. I highly recommend for dining in or taking out. Table space is limited-- I think most people get items to go-- but there are some choices inside and a couple of small tables outside.“

Every bite was better than the last. If I had one note, it would be to please tell me what everything is when setting the plate down! “Very good food and beverages and our waitress guided me carefully through the menu to accommodate a gluten allergy. The daily oysters were fantastic, and we enjoyed the other items we ordered very much: fish tacos, vegetable salad, miso salmon, and a dry rose wine. Subtracting a star because we were forgotten for a while after being seated (more than 15 minutes) and then the bartender opened the door to take out the mats and garbage and left it open for a long time when it was below freezing outside. We froze and that ruined the romantic vibe.“

“Stopped in here with my wife today. It was 3:30 on Friday, we were the only ones in there, as we expected at that time. It was nice to see a family run restaurant. The owner was the chef, his wife and daughter the servers. Food was really good. We started with the guacamole and we ordered the mussels. The chef came out and said the mussels came in a little small today and asked if we would like the clams instead. We said why not. The broth in this clam dish was fantastic. Then he came back out and asked if we want to try his carrot soup. One of the best soups I've literally ever had. Then we finished with steak fajitas and the flautas. Both great dishes. They were really friendly and nice people. We really appreciated their service and kindness. Also don't forget to get the red sangria it's amazing.“

“Everything was very good! At first, when we arrived, I was concerned that the restaurant didn't look as it did online. However, when they took us to the back patio, we were pleasantly surprised. The only complaint was that, for some of us, it was either chilly, despite the patio heaters or too hot, because of the heaters. But, overall, a very nice experience.“

“We love Ruby's. Probably dine there most weeks. They have a great kitchen and nice wines, fairly priced. This time I tried their the new menu's Chicken Scarpariello. It was a fantastic, deconstructed version that I'm dreaming of having again. Highly recommend the restaurant and the Scarp, in particular. Buon Appetito!“

“Excellent spot easily accessible in downtown Darien from I-95. I love seafood and the meal here did not disappoint. We started with the crab cocktail and half a dozen oysters with everything being fresh and delicious. The cocktail came with a mustard sauce (in addition to cocktail sauce) that was quite tasty. I ordered a Branzino special which had an excellent thick flaky piece of fish cooked to perfection. The service was so efficient, i never had to worry about my water glass not being filled as the waitress was constantly checking on us. The ambiance is chic but somewhat laid back. Good place for people watching. All in all, an excellent New England Seafood restaurant. I'll definitely be back.“

“I just went to get take out there. Sat in sushi bar and ordered other items while waiting. For take out, I ordered the imperial and sushi B..Supposed to come with 10 pieces of sushi.. however both only came with 8.Restaurant is expensive. So if you gonna charge this much. You should at least honor what you said you would do.“

“I have been going to Quenas since they first opened 13 years ago. Every meal has been perfect and the service is exceptional. I’m looking forward to many more years of enjoying Quenas; the best family run Peruvian restaurant in Westchester.“

“Very fresh fish! Delicious. Had oysters as an appetizer, they were very tender and tasty. Naked fish was great. Scallops with lemon and capers.“

“We arrived on a rainy Friday, right at 4pm for happy hour. The bar filled out over the course of the two hours but the tables were also available for happy hour specials. Scott was our primary bartender and was a wonderful host! We really enjoyed each dish and would order everything again! Our favorite stand-outs were (of course) the wide variety of oysters, the roasted oysters (with sun dried tomato as our favorite of the two), and steamer clams! We also very much enjoyed the tender octopus, truffle fries (shoestring), tempura shrimp, and tuna tartare.Blue points were on special for $1.75 each, two kinds of clams for $1.25, along with a selection of $10 cocktails and a few discounted appetizers. Full menu was available during happy hour as well. The only drawback we had was it was moderately difficult to get a parking spot in the lot at 4pm and impossible to get one at 6pm. We had people following us the entire walk.“

“I've been to The Americano, a new trendy eatery in downtown Stamford twice and thought it time to give this restaurant a review. Simply put, it's exceptional and thankfully, a big hit. The word of mouth has really helped since I frequently hear people talking about it. Our party of three dined on a Saturday night. Our server, I wish I knew his name, was polite, helpful, and efficient. When he brought the wrong drink (things happen) he quickly fixed the issue and was gracious throughout. We enjoyed the Burrata and Truffle Arancini as starters, and the Hangar Steak, Salmon, and Scallops with a side of truffle fries and a side of spinach. For dessert, the caramel bread pudding. For drinks, the raspberry thyme, margarita, and gimlet. Each and every item was exceptional! As a courtesy, the kind manager gave us free drink vouchers for a nightcap at the bar. The Americano is run incredibly well with a caring, knowledgeable staff and a cool hip ambiance with black, white, and red atmosphere. It's always crowded which is proof that the restaurant is being appreciated as one of the new Stamford hits of 2023 and beyond.“

“3 of us came for dinner on a Sunday night . We sat right down and ordered drinks which came quickly . We had mussels and salad appetizers , and they were very good. For main course we had seafood linguini , branzino and chicken scarperiello . Each dish was very fresh, delicious and prepared to order . The waiter was very attentive . This restaurant has new owners after being closed from a flood . I highly recommend and will definitely go back !“

“Great location in a lively, redeveloped section of Stamford. We had an event with a fixed price menu and each course was amazingly good. Come hungry, because they give you a lot of food. Apps, salad, pasta and main courses were all wonderful. Great service and a great view of the harbor. Not sure if it is open to the public, but if it is, check it out.“

“This would be our first time trying Peruvian. The place is small but delivered very highly on flavor. We ordered the lomo saltado and the arroz con mariscos. Both dishes were super flavorful. Lomo saltado was the best of the two. If in the neighborhood and don’t care for the ambience, I highly recommend this place for adventurous eaters!“
