“I have never had a bad time or meal while visiting Digger's. I also have enjoyed many birthday parties and other events . They have a semi private banquet room and a large menu to order from when having parties big or small .Vegetarian options: They have salad fries onion rings giant pretzels and if person eats cheese, nachos mozzarella sticks +.Kid-friendliness: When the kitchen is open, children accompanied by parents are welcomed for great bar fare. There is an additional back room with plenty of tables and an outdoor area with ample seating .Parking: There is a large parking lot.When the place is jamming, there's additional parking on the north side of the building and across the street in a strip mall.Wheelchair accessibility: Large doors at entrance spacious room and handicap bathroomsDietary restrictions: They will try to accommodate everyone's needs if possible.“
“Needed a good location for a business meeting and this worked perfectly. We sat in a corner booth in the bar and were immediately waited on. Drinks arrived quickly as did our meals. I ordered the Chicken Crispers, which were good perfectly. The fries could use some work along with the Mac n cheese. My colleague had the Philly, which he said was good. Was very surprised on how empty the dining room was, but being mid-week might of been reason. Overall good experience.“

“I wanted to visit my ex coworker Zach @ J Gilberts and maybe get a Burger cuz that's what I had my only time there and its one of the best burgers I've ever had. Plus I didnt want to go too crazy. But when I got there Zach told me about the 16Oz Dry Aged Kansas City Strip Steak Special that they had. I decided to go all out cuz I wantedto see if their steaks measured up to their reputation. Zach recommended a Pinot Noir from Washington that was a perfect pairing for the steak. I gotta say the green beans that I had with a jam and crumbled pecans were insanely good with the garlic mashed potatoes. AND the steak had a nice charred exterior with a perfect juicy medium rare interior. I decided to treat myself and if you are ever thinking of doing the same go to J Gilberts and ask for Zach....you won't be disappointed....you will have one of your best restaurant experiences of your life!“

“I was surprised when we got there, looks like a super typical town-y pizza place tucked in a somewhat dingy plaza. The inside is bright, clean, and not at all what I expected. The service was friendly and very fast. There was a steady stream of patrons but staff kept up well, all seemed to be having a good time. The meatballs in vodka sauce were delicious. Fettuccini Carbonara was flavorful and well balanced. I personally would have had more sauce, but I will just request that for next time. Ravioli are huge and generously stuffed. Highly recommended for a high quality Italian experience in an unassuming location.“

“I took my wife here for a second birthday dinner last summer. We had received a gift certificate from a friend. Best clams casino I ever had. The lasagna was awesome and the portion was more than Icould eat. My wife said her meal was excellent. Our waitress was very personable, accommodating and made the dining experience here very enjoyable. The only reason we haven't been back is just that you get busy and time has a habit of slipping away.“
“This spot is one of my go to restaurants. The food is creative and locally sourced, there are fun specials, the cocktails are hit/miss. Service depends on how busy the restaurant is, it seems like the servers get relatively large sections so when it's busy you might not see your server for a while but they are very attentive when you can get a hold of them. The dessert and coffee is always very good!“
“I usually love their pizza but I would recommend going there in person for it or double checking it lately. Ordering online doesn't work since its hard to customize pizzas and ots a 10 minute longer wait minimum. We got 2 pizzas for pick up ordered over the phone. 1st the girl was handling more than one phone at a time so not really knowing if we had her full attention. 2nd we ordered the oozy egg no proscute with an extra egg instead. there was no proscute but also no extra egg and the eggs were on only half the pizza. my hubby asked for a side of red pepper flakes they gave him .5oz, kind of stingy. the 2 pizzas came to $38+ and at that price they could at least pay attention and get the order right. Even if they might have been busy, at least do a quality check or read the order back to the customer so it is right.“

“Great spot. Fish and Chips was outstanding. We were told fries made in house and Panko in fish breading. Really good! Great atmosphere. One of the older wait-ladies wouldn't let the music be herd! “I really enjoyed this spot. Almost couldn't find it as there's no real signage outside. It is dark, as others have mentioned. But it definitely helps with the vibe. The little book they have the drink menu in is so cute! The man who took our order was very kind & had no issues making me a great mocktail! Very delicious. We had pulled chicken sliders, which were lemon pepper wet with some type of slaw. A little spicy, which usually is not my thing, but I liked these. It's served with kettle cooked chips. “When I lived in the Hartford area, First and Last was a regular haunt. Now that I live in the South, I find myself jonesing for the First and Last grilled sausage and peppers, served with side of shells in marinara. It rarely gets better than this, even if you find the real Italian sausage; I've been living in Charleston, a foodie paradise, but I have yet to find the real, homemade salsiccia that you get at First and Last, or buy at D&D market, close by. So mangia Hartford, and pray that this place never changes!“
“Came solo looking for a place I could relax and have a beer with locals. Yea this was it! They had musician Steve McGrath playing he was amazing. I got their signature Winchester burger and it was perfect. Chilled here for a couple hours a couple beers and it just feels like home.“
