“Some friends and family went out for my birthday and I don’t know about those bad reviews but it was so yummy! We all enjoyed the all you can eat seafood. It had so much flavor and we weren’t rushed at all. The service was great, good portions for the pricing. They even gave me a free dessert and a cute keychain attachment. We will be going back again! :)“

The service of the waitresses is excellent, very good attitude and very attentive when taking orders and bringing the plates of food. For my part I DIDN'T see anything bad. Everything correct!

“Gisellas has been our favorite go to Italian restaurant in DANBURY since it opened. Food is always delicious and consistent and the wait staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Unfortunately last night we had a different experience the moment we walked in the door. Hostess was very unfriendly and dismissive, no eye contact and acted like she was doing us a favor seating us! Thankfully, like always, the rest of our dining experience was amazing!“

“Had a bereavement luncheon there Sunday. Everything was phenomenal from the food to the excellent service. Our server David was excellent. We love this restaurant and have never had a bad meal or experience. Highly Recommend.“

“There was music, amazing service, and it was absolutely authentic. It's wasn't salty and it wasn't oily. It had flavor and you can seriously taste the Ecuadorian passion in the food.
There ampinadas were fresh and light. Everything was made from scratch. The pickled onion salad truly compliments the Ampinadas.
I truly hope it stays this way, and whoever is working at the time of my wife and I eating there should be the backbone and foundation of this magnificent Ecuadorian cuisine.“

“We absolutely love Chucks. The food is consistently fantastic. Tommy is always incredibly friendly and good with kids. Rocky is a wonderful server and takes great care of us each time we come. I truly could not ask for a better experience dining out with my family.“
