“I just tried this restaurant for the first time and I am very impressed. The food was delicious, and our server Jordy was so detailed and helpful even during the busy night. It was the night before Valentine’s Day and I’m so glad we chose this place. One thing worth mentioning is that my table was taking a little longer than expected to get ready and the owner (or manager) gave us prosecco and that was just super sweet and considerate. The service and welcoming atmosphere is a breath of fresh air compared to all my recent restaurant experiences! Will definitely be back!”

“Loved the food experience, approachable waiter who was always available to explain flavors on our courses and lovely staff. My only quibble is 3oz is a half glass while 6 oz is a full glass of wine or champagne. At these prices I think the pour should be more generous. Cannot wait to return.”

“Found myself in Darien for the first time! Neat was an incredible find. The barista at the register was so kind and had excellent customer service. I ordered their seasonal maple latte and it was perfect! It’s hard to find good quality espresso in CT with house made syrups so this was a gem. If you’re looking for specialty coffee Neat is the place! If you like diner coffee stay away 😂”

“Seeing 1 star reviews is shocking so if your looking for the reviews that tell it how it is here you go. The food is really good, I got the chicken sandwich with corn fritters which really hit the spot. I was there during rush hour in which the staff was communicative and friendly letting me know the status of my to-go order while i waited. This place opened a month ago so the staff must have been brand new when people were complaining about wait times which does not seem to be an issue anymore. A must stop if you are in the area.”

“5 out of 5 hands down! The atmosphere is awesome, the staff are wonderful and the food... BOMB. The Katsu Chicken sandwich is my favorite! They also have ready to go cold salads, sandwiches, juices and small snacks which makes a quick stop easy, efficient and healthy!”

“Place was empty besides my friend and someone who was there before us. Place was super clean and service was good even though the drive through was super busy. I had a chicken salad sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was jam packed with chicken salad and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and the ketchup “red gold”for the fries was different and delicious.”
