“The best dessert in town !“

“Let me tell you! If you love sweets, this is the place to go. I'm hooked on the sweet potato cookie. I'm from the south. My mom can bake, and she bakes the best sweet potato pie. I don't eat anyone else's sweet potato pie, but the filling in this sweet potato cookie tastes like my mom's recipe! Oh my taste like home and made me cry! This cookie reminds me of holidays at home. If they're hot, I devour one in the car before I even drive off! They go well with coffee or alone. She has other desserts as well. You taste the butter and love in the cookies! The cupcakes are moist and dee-lish! You are always greeted with a smile. I'm so glad I found this gem in Bridgeport!“

“Fantastic coffee shop in the center of town! I often rather make a cappuccino at home instead of getting one out but Bryan truly makes one of the best cappuccinos I've ever had! 5-stars for that alone. Food is great too, highly recommended!“

“I'm so thrilled about this gem! Everything Fatto a Mano makes is from heart! I can feel the passion in all the bakery here. The sourdough, Focaccia, biscotti, Riccia (we call it lobster tail), bread stick, etc. cannot get enough. I wanted to mention biscotti especially, as it was not my thing in the past. But now it's my favorite! Must try if you are in Westport CT area!“

“Great local Coffee and Ice Cream. Plaskos is a small family run operation that is very good to have in our town! Support the little guys!“

“Went to a Baby shower this weekend, the cake was beautiful, but more important it taste was wonderful, I asked where they got the cake from, and they said "Sonia's." The icing was not super sweet., and the cake was moist and just the right texture. Even though I did not purchase the cake, I wanted to write a review. I will definitely will be buying my cakes from Sonia's from now on. and recommending it to everyone..“

“They may have started in New Haven but they have created the most welcoming spot in Southport CT. Grab a croissant or a cronut (yum!) and an iced coffee — trust us it is the perfect beginning or end to a Southport stroll. Did you know they even offer growlers of iced coffee? Grabbed one and a zucchini loaf to serve to play date moms. 👌“

“Great bagels. They are second to Long Island as nothing can beat their pizza or bagels but these were good. The owner was present and was very nice to talk to. Service decent but I’m there to taste the bagels, not talk to the staff. Go for it!“

“Me and my friend came here for bagels. The guy is pretty funny and he’s super sweet (idk if he’s the owner) he’s really good with suggestions too and recommendations. I tried capers for the first time cuz of him and I liked them a lot!! The service was fast and seamless and the food quality is amazing. Prices are pretty fair too!!“

“Delicious 🤤 ice cream 🍨and good customer service.“

“They are still starting to pick up the pace of service there, there needs to be more people to work, the tables are occupied for hours with customers who only have coffee and there is no room for those who arrive and the cheese bread is never warm, let's take care because there is potential for savory snacks. They are delicious, I tried them all“

“Every time I come to this place, I order an egg & cheese with bacon and a French vanilla coffee. Compared to other chains, the prices are quite affordable, which is a big plus. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Definitely a recommended spot for breakfast or a quick coffee.“

“Elis Sweet Bakery did an amazing job on the cake for my daughter’s graduation from the Bridgeport Police Academy! The cake was not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious. We also ordered cupcakes, and they were a huge hit with everyone.

We chose red velvet and chocolate, and both flavors were moist, rich, and perfectly balanced. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into their baking.

Highly recommend Eli Sweet Bakery for any special occasion professional, talented, and dependable. Will definitely be ordering again!“

“We ordered bride and groom cake pops for our 11/6/21 wedding. We were so happy with the final result! The cake pops were absolutely beautiful, delicious, and reasonably priced. The cake pops were also quite large, moist, and filling; they made the perfect wedding favors. The guests are still raving about them. Liz was so nice and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We hope to work with her in the future for many more occasions!“

“Todo sus productos son espectaculares yo nunca he degustado un croissant desde hace muchísimo tiempo son los mejores 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀“

“I like this restaurant, I only don’t like that it is not in a very safe area (near a prison) and around two hours before closing, there are employees that only speak Portuguese (not even Spanish), but overall, it was pretty good (especially the bacon) and I even learned some basic phrases in Portuguese!“

“Muy buena la comida y las muchachas en frente son muy amables 😃“

“La atención fue increíble, amables y como buenos chapínes saludando con una sonrisa cordial. El pan delicioso. Justo como en Guatemala.“

“A group from the Bronx NY went to eat there and we really liked the food and the service they gave us was excellent. We would eat there every weekend the bad thing is that it is far away and the traffic when there is very bad..... but I do recommend this restaurant“

“Thank you so much for an amazing cake. With short notice you whipped up a gluten free cake that was reasonably priced, beautiful, and delicious!“

“👍 everything what they offer good“

“Wow!!!! The BEST gluten free cupcake I’ve ever eaten. I had a double chocolate and I absolutely devoured it. Great flavor, the frosting was AMAZE!

When I say this is the very best — that’s saying something — For medical reasons, I’ve had to eat gluten free for twelve years.

My friend got the pie, and we also got a chocolate chip cookie.

I’ll be ordering my birthday cake here this year. I live in NY and this is kinda far but it’s going to be totally worth it !!“

“We ordered cookies for my daughter in law’s baby shower and they came out so great! They were beautiful AND delicious. We placed our order with Francesca from out of state, solely based on reviews and posted pictures and we were so happy we did. Francesca was great to work with and I would definitely order from her again.“
