“Had the best birthday dinner last night. My veal scallopini was perfection and the NY strip was delicious. My husband also had an appetizer with crepes stuffed with chicken and mushrooms which he said was outstanding. The service was so friendly and impeccable. Even though we were the last customers before closing we didn’t feel rushed at all. Always amazed that Chef Carlos is the one that prepares your meal all these years. “This place was delicious! I cannot recommend it enough. We had Helmut as a server and he was great. We asked him for recommendations and they were great! Even though it was very hard to cut through the gluten free pizza crust. But we got it cut and eaten. The rest of our meals were so good! “I've been going to this location for roughly 6-7 years. It's gone through 3 different owners until this point. The new ownership is by far the best to date. Everything I've had up until this point I'd highly recommended. I haven't tried everything yet, but one of my favorites so far was the shrimp francese, (I added capers to mine). The current pizza maker has stayed with the business throughout the years and has gone through the ranks and changes. He does a great job and should be celebrated for his hard work and dedication. I'm excited to welcome this new restaurant to my list of places I love to eat in New Milford. If you haven't been, definitely check it out! If for nothing else, at least to check out their JUMBO slices!
