“11/09/24- I stopped by after work heading to the hotel and George was on duty. He was busy, but immediately acknowledged me and went to wash up and came back happy.
We discussed the subs and he recommended #34 Spcy Nachos Steak. He added the way it says, but without green 🫑, extra jalapeños.
This is day two experience and I don’t know if previous reviews were out of anger because I have had great customer service.
11/08/24- I haven’t been to a Subway in years and today I stopped by for the $6.99 special. I walked in and was loudly greeted by Ilvin who was friendly and made me feel like I’m an old customer. He made all the customers feel comfortable and happy to be there.
Subway has so many new meals I asked Ilvin about the different subs. Ilvin did not seem put out and he went over the breads, the meats and all the toppings. He made it easy to order but hard to choose 😋
I ordered #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub based on his recommendation and it did not disappoint because I enjoyed every bite.
He wasn’t stingy with the jalapeños and he added just enough sauce that it didn’t make the bread soggy.
Ilvin explained how to earn points. If he isn’t the manager he is manager material with his positive attitude. I asked about the other guy in the back and Ivin said they are a team. I was impressed he spoke well of his staff.
I leave in a week, but I may start eating a new subway every day thanks to Ilvin and my great experience! Ya Sabes! 😎
Kid-friendliness: I am sure they have a sub for every kid. If the kid is picky or not, chubby or thin there’s a sub on the menu for them.“
“This review would have been very different if I did not get in touch with the manager on duty (Jermaine). I appreciate your understand and quick resolution of the issue that had came up yesterday. Today's sandwich was delicious and just how I would like to enjoy. Jermaine you are great but I had to edit this post because I am on my 4th bite and found a long brown hair in my sandwich! Just called back and your shift had ended I appreciate all you have tried to do for me to resolve my first issue.... I would recommend hair nets or hats especially to those with longer hair“

“Went at 9:00 pm, someone standing outside of the drive thru window. No car. I pull up to place an order waited 5 mins and no one even acknowledged they would be taking my order. Needless to say I left. They will not be getting my business. 4/13/22“

“We got the vegan combo grilled wrap with roasted red peppers and without the special veggie mix, but we asked for some on the side when we went in to pick it up. (I’m not a fan of green peppers, and my husband can’t eat raw onions, so this way we could pick and choose. Turns out the green peppers were perfectly fine! They must have mellowed while marinating.). We chose the whole wheat wrap. It had a nice nutty flavor to it.
The “carpaccio” and/or “prosciutto” was quite nice! It was way more tender than most other vegan deli slices I’ve had. (Apparently they import it from Italy). The flavors were excellent!
We waited a few hours before eating it, since we got it for a later lunch as soon as they opened at 10:00 and kept it in a cooler. It was a little soggy in places, but still quite tasty. I definitely recommend it.
