“After a wonderful meal on New Year's Eve, we returned to BRT for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was off the chart delicious, from the calamari with blue cheese and hot peppers to the shrimp scampi with mushrooms and bacon. Not to mention the incredible tiramisu. Amanda was our server and was attentive all evening. We sat in the middle dining room, which was warm and cozily lit. The new owners have definitely succeeded in turning this restaurant around.“

“We have been to Uncommon many times and the food is always amazing and we have always had a great experience all around but I want to say we had the absolute best service here tonight so I wanted to thank our server Justin D. for an outstanding dining experience tonight. Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. After accidentally liking the Facebook page for this restaurant rather than a similarly named one in my town, I’ve spent the last few months looking at the posts and thinking I have to visit this place. The opportunity came to bring someone special there for his birthday and it was just amazing. Having eaten probably thousands of meals in restaurants I can tell you that I met the best server ever - Suzy. “Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

“We had a wonderful experience at George’s today. At a party of 6 adults, and 2 toddlers, we were very happy to sit down soon after arriving. We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. “This is our go to place when I am craving Fries and him Tenders, in two separate occasions we brought 8 people here and now it's there go to place. The loaded fries are absolutely divine I cannot get enough of them and I believe it's called sweet asian tenders forgive me if I am wrong my fiance orders 2 plates of them he really wants the recipe lol.
When we go now we always bring a group of people and our family who lives down south tells us every time they visit we all have to go to Sawyer's.
Also if you love Dart's it's a great place to play the game and chill.“

“9.2.23 we got married at our hometown fair grounds and had Frankie’s cater! It was PERFECTION!! Everyone was blown away when they found out that’s what we were having for food, so fun, and who doesn’t love hot dog and burgers (especially FRANKIE’s)?! There was only a couple cooks/servers and MAN OH MAN did they crank it all out! We had around 160 people and they had a line as soon as the food was out, serving up all the goods in such a timely manor. They cooked and served for about 3 hours.. it worked out SO well, many had 2nds and 3rds, plus we had left overs 😍. Everyone was RAVING! we couldn’t have had it any better, Thank you guys SO much!“

“This is a smaller eatery with lots of character and great service. I had breakfast and ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy and 2 lightly scrambled eggs, also smothered in the sausage gravy. Ordered, blinked, and my food was served, impressive for a small eatery. Great biscuits and sausage gravy and the eggs were cooked perfect. I also ordered home fries with onions which tasted great and were also cooked to perfection, I loved seeing the onions cooked well as in, some were even burnt, the way they're supposed to be. Stop by if you get a chance, you'll feel right at home.“
