“After a wonderful meal on New Year's Eve, we returned to BRT for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was off the chart delicious, from the calamari with blue cheese and hot peppers to the shrimp scampi with mushrooms and bacon. Not to mention the incredible tiramisu. Amanda was our server and was attentive all evening. We sat in the middle dining room, which was warm and cozily lit. The new owners have definitely succeeded in turning this restaurant around.“

“jimmys food is excellent! however I was there for the 1st time last week, our waitress was not friendly with us. no personality, no smile..brought our food put it down walked away, said nothing. then 5 mins later, as she was walking by the table threw the receipt down, said nothing. Never came to see if we needed anything else or how the food was, she never offered desert, so we didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for a box, as again she never came back to the table. there were only a few tables full, so she wasn't overly busy, meanwhile I'm watching the other waitress there, smile and laugh with her customers. I wish I knew her name, because she definitely needs to learn people skills. ohh I also heard her complaining to a customer who she must've known, about her training someone and now the other girl is waiting tables and she was not happy that this girl was doing her job basically 🙄“

“We have been to Uncommon many times and the food is always amazing and we have always had a great experience all around but I want to say we had the absolute best service here tonight so I wanted to thank our server Justin D. for an outstanding dining experience tonight. Justin was professional and has a really fun personality. Even though the restaurant was crazy busy we never had to ask for anything, Justin was just there anytime we needed anything. The support staff also did an amazing job tonight as well keeping the table clear of empty glasses and dishes and running food. Just an over all lovely experience.“

“We had a wonderful experience at George’s today. At a party of 6 adults, and 2 toddlers, we were very happy to sit down soon after arriving. We had a knowledgeable waitress who accommodated our special dietary needs. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all of our group. “Outstanding restaurant! (and we do a lot of our dining in NYC!) Local 63 is an oasis in Watertown, CT in a variety of ways. The food is creative (even when the dish SOUNDS traditional). The chicken fried steak (hard to even find in New England) is outstanding. The salads were awesome: perfectly dressed with great crunch and freshness. The Cassoulet (originally a French farmhouse dish) with chicken, in-house sausage, and white beans cooked to perfection is something you will not find in many other places. Great bar--friendly atmosphere and great for large groups and celebrations. This is a hidden gem with excellent service and owners who obviously care! I will go back and bring many other guests here when I have a chance.“

Everyone was blown away when they found out that’s what we were having for food, so fun, and who doesn’t love hot dog and burgers (especially FRANKIE’s)?! There was only a couple cooks/servers and MAN OH MAN did they crank it all out! We had around 160 people and they had a line as soon as the food was out, serving up all the goods in such a timely manor. They cooked and served for about 3 hours.. it worked out SO well, many had 2nds and 3rds, plus we had left overs 😍. Everyone was RAVING! we couldn’t have had it any better, Thank you guys SO much!“

“I order food on uber for delivery because I wasn’t feeling well today and I miss read the Three for meal and thought it came with three things. Long story short I thought a salad was coming with it and it didn’t. I spoke with manager Jackie and she explained it. She was so so kind enough to discount my meal because it was an easy error to misunderstand when reading in uber app details. She really didn’t have to do it but I was super grateful she did because the meal was already kind of pricey for only getting a small soup and little desert and when I say small it was very small. A sliver of a desert size. Overall I’m super pleased with how she handled it and also I had a slight issue a little while back and the other manager who’s a male can’t remember his name. He also handle the situation graciously. I’ve been here many times and it’s always a great atmosphere, the waiters and bartenders are awesome! My food is always delicious as well! So thank you to everyone at 99’s y’all are fantastic!“

“This is a smaller eatery with lots of character and great service. I had breakfast and ordered the biscuits with sausage gravy and 2 lightly scrambled eggs, also smothered in the sausage gravy. Ordered, blinked, and my food was served, impressive for a small eatery. Great biscuits and sausage gravy and the eggs were cooked perfect. I also ordered home fries with onions which tasted great and were also cooked to perfection, I loved seeing the onions cooked well as in, some were even burnt, the way they're supposed to be. Stop by if you get a chance, you'll feel right at home.“
