“I've passed by this place several times and never thought to go in—thank God I finally did. This is a true Italian deli. My mother, who is full Italian, was in awe of the items they had—it brought back memories of her childhood. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and it was fantastic—one of the best I've ever had. The owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. If you're looking for authentic Italian specialties like pasta, sauces, sweets, or just an amazing deli sandwich, this is the place to go.“

I don't go to Dunkin for coffee --- but I do go for donuts.

I live in Waterbury, but whenever I'm in Danbury or traveling to NYC, I must stop here and get 3-4 glaze donuts.

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“The card machine in these vending machines don't work. They take your money and don't give you a snack! I've contacted the company. I will change my review if I am satisfied with their response and how they handle the situation.

“This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. I've had crappy mornings where the brief but genuine drive thru interaction I had with the worker brought a smile and some warmth to my chest. I think her name was Arlene or Aileen. “My husband and I were passing by and saw the name and figured we would try it out. We were not disappointed. The chicken cutlet that was in my sandwich was delicious! my husband loved his steak sandwich as well. we highly recommend Froggy's Sandwiches. We just wish we lived closer.“
