“I've passed by this place several times and never thought to go in—thank God I finally did. This is a true Italian deli. My mother, who is full Italian, was in awe of the items they had—it brought back memories of her childhood. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and it was fantastic—one of the best I've ever had. The owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. If you're looking for authentic Italian specialties like pasta, sauces, sweets, or just an amazing deli sandwich, this is the place to go.“

“I am by no means overly familiar with Dunkin Donuts, but I have certainly been to locations of this franchise that leave a lot to be desired.

Stopping in on a whim, I was genuinely shocked at how nice the interior looked. The donuts were showcased beautifully, I loved the “bar style” coffee pour, and most importantly this Dunkin was CLEAN.

Service was great and while I am a Starbucks girlie, I was happy with my bagel and chai.

The bagel seemed quite “dark” for cinnamon raisin, but was toasted fine. The chai could have tasted “spicier,” but was hot and fine for what it was. For $9.07, I’m not complaining.

While the location is a tad awkward, give this Dunkin a try. Despite the mixed reviews, they seem to be doing some things right.“

“The bagels are great, so is the coffee. I'm partial to the Colombian blend. It's very good. The people are very friendly. The service is quick and easy. The pastries are also pretty good as well. Solid place, my go-to for morning breakfast before work.“

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“This is the most consistent and kindest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I pass 5 other locations on my way to work just to pick up at this one. The staff is ALWAYS so kind. The drinks and food are always made exactly the same. Bonus perk: it always remarkably clean as well. I've had crappy mornings where the brief but genuine drive thru interaction I had with the worker brought a smile and some warmth to my chest. I think her name was Arlene or Aileen. “The card machine in these vending machines don't work. They take your money and don't give you a snack! I've contacted the company. I will change my review if I am satisfied with their response and how they handle the situation.

EDIT: The issue was resolved and a refund has been issued. Changing my rating from one star to four“

“I primarily visit this particular Dunkin at night because of 1 employee...He is the ONLY ONE WHO PAYS ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR. He may not always be the friendliest, but he's really great at his job. SEFI is the only reason I come to this Dunkin at night. Great employee...I hope management treats him very well. He's golden!!! “My husband and I were passing by and saw the name and figured we would try it out. We were not disappointed. The chicken cutlet that was in my sandwich was delicious! my husband loved his steak sandwich as well. we highly recommend Froggy's Sandwiches. We just wish we lived closer.“

“We had an incredible experience tonight when ordering Take-out from Kibberia for the first time. We wanted to try a few items so I put my order in through Grubhub and got a call 5 minutes later from Matthew at Kibberia to tell me how awesome my order was and to thank me for choosing their restaurant. They sent a handwritten note with my order and even sent me an extra item to try. The food was an 11/10… phenomenal!definitely get the Lamb shwarma wrap, garlic chicken flatbread and some baklava for dessert! Thanks again for the great food and even better customer service.“

“There was 1 person scheduled to work this morning. She was doing the same amount of work as 3 people. Running the drive thru, mobile orders, and walk-ins. I felt so bad for her that corporate thinks it's okay to do this to their employees and keep cutting hours. This is how you get people to quit. She did a phenomenal job trying to get every customer's orders done. If she does the work of 3 people, then she deserves the pay of 3 people.“

“This is definitely one of the busiest Dunkin' Donuts locations in the Danbury, CT area. It's open 24/7.

What they don't tell you is that after 10 p.m. only the drive-thru is open; yet they offer all the same products as the walk-in store. I mention this because I have seen numerous people try to open the door after hours and then leave because they didn't know the drive-thru was available.

The employees here are very well trained. They're an excellent example for some other D.D. locations.“
