“I've passed by this place several times and never thought to go in—thank God I finally did. This is a true Italian deli. My mother, who is full Italian, was in awe of the items they had—it brought back memories of her childhood. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and it was fantastic—one of the best I've ever had. The owner was incredibly sweet and accommodating. If you're looking for authentic Italian specialties like pasta, sauces, sweets, or just an amazing deli sandwich, this is the place to go.“

“I am by no means overly familiar with Dunkin Donuts, but I have certainly been to locations of this franchise that leave a lot to be desired.

Stopping in on a whim, I was genuinely shocked at how nice the interior looked. The donuts were showcased beautifully, I loved the “bar style” coffee pour, and most importantly this Dunkin was CLEAN.

Service was great and while I am a Starbucks girlie, I was happy with my bagel and chai.

The bagel seemed quite “dark” for cinnamon raisin, but was toasted fine. The chai could have tasted “spicier,” but was hot and fine for what it was. For $9.07, I’m not complaining.

While the location is a tad awkward, give this Dunkin a try. Despite the mixed reviews, they seem to be doing some things right.“

“I’ve been a self-proclaimed Starbucks girl for YEARS, but now Reverie is my go-to place for coffee and a delicious treat. You simply can’t beat the service at Reverie. All of the baristas are incredibly pleasant and are great at recommending drinks and customizing them to your liking. The menu has a great variety and you can always a get a copycat of your favorite “chain store” drink (and a better one at that!) While I’m a die-hard coffee girl (iced caramel or mocha latte for me!), what has really sold me at Reverie is their food. I love the variations on classic breakfast items like waffles with delectable toppings, and “hummus toast” as opposed to the traditional avocado. I love their Mushroom Avocado Toast, Everything Chixpea Toast, and the classic Peanut Butter Banana + Honey Toast. Yum! With locally sourced ingredients and a new, refreshing vibe at Promenade on 6, you can’t go wrong making this your new breakfast spot!“

“This is my go to Starbucks. I think the staff does a great job of dealing with walk-in, drive up and mobile orders in a timely manner. Sometimes things take a few extra minutes and that should be expected. If I do end up waiting a bit someone always asks about my order. The staff is always friendly and appreciates a “thank you” for your food or drinks. I appreciate all of them and always have a positive experience! Thank you!“

“My husband and I were passing by and saw the name and figured we would try it out. We were not disappointed. The chicken cutlet that was in my sandwich was delicious! my husband loved his steak sandwich as well. we highly recommend Froggy's Sandwiches. We just wish we lived closer.“

“I was surprised to see just one employee working late afternoon on a Friday, especially with the fall menu having just come out. Having worked in customer service myself I could see how overwhelmed she was having to deal with so many customers alone, but she handled the numerous people so calmly and efficiently. Ava was an excellent barista :)“

“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop.  They do have the best coffee and tea.  I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness.  I like the donuts, although I don't have them often.  The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time.  I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them.  They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old.  They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore.  The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally.  The bagels are not my favorite.  They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy.  They should try to work on that because they always seem stale.  The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad.  I like the new sourdough bread that they have now.  The avocado toast is very good.  I don't like the sundried tomatoes though.  They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people.  I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now.  They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't like that they changed their rewards program.  It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from.  They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“

“I stopped by Starbucks this week and had a great experience. Rachel took my order and she was so friendly and patient, even though it was so busy. I appreciated how the workers here make sure your drink is how you like it, and recommend drinks you may end up liking. It’s little things like that that make me want to come back. Although they get busy and packed.“

We wanted to try a few items so I put my order in through Grubhub and got a call 5 minutes later from Matthew at Kibberia to tell me how awesome my order was and to thank me for choosing their restaurant. They sent a handwritten note with my order and even sent me an extra item to try. The food was an 11/10… phenomenal!definitely get the Lamb shwarma wrap, garlic chicken flatbread and some baklava for dessert! Thanks again for the great food and even better customer service.“
