They are always friendly, and I’m more impressed as they know how I like my coffee. “I went to this location tonight, before heading to Sundown and I was impressed. Im used to the Hartford Dunkins where they mess up your order and decide to give you what they think you should have vs what you request and pay for. My tea was made perfectly how, I wanted it. I will be back when I go back to sundown. The lady at the window was nice too! “I tried the Oreo Matcha beverage this morning and it could definitely use more flavor. Instead of 2 shots of vanilla, 2 matcha, whole milk, marshmallow cold foam and Oreo cookie crumbles. Overall, it was super watered down and did not really taste the Oreo. Next time I will add extra vanilla, matcha powder, and cookie crumbles.“

“I’ve never had such a good Dunkin donut experience as I did here. Im not one to write reviews on fast food but this was by far the best dunkin food we have ever had. Nothing was burned or a soggy mess. So whoever was working the sandwich station on 4/11 at around 11-1130…. You’re awesome! The girl at the front counter was very nice as well.“

They made my drinks quick and they did not waste anytime, this is the type of service I expect anywhere management be proud of the great men these young boys are becoming.
