“They were very welcoming for my seating of 1 which I appreciated. I’ve always considered them to have the best ramen in New Haven and love that they have HK milk tea for when I’m craving a fix. This time, the recommendation was for the braised beef noodle soup and it was EXACTLY what I was in search for ok a chilly night. A warm, flavourful, layered hug. I ate the whole thing and left with a genuine smile. Somehow it made me homesick but comforted at the same time. Thank you.“

“Wow! We got the Tonkotsu 3.0 ramen, and the Curry Ramen. Delicious bowls, both of them. They were full of flavor and delicious individual ingredients! It seemed obvious that the ingredients used were quality, which led to the best ramen bowls we've had in a while. We have enjoyed places like TigerBelly, and find this a great substitute in a different area of the state.“

“Tried Taichi in New Haven and the sushi burrito was the clear winner. Fresh, filling, and actually held together well enough that I didn’t need a fork and a change of clothes halfway through.

The Thai tea was a little too milky and not quite sweet enough for me, but that’s definitely personal preference more than a knock on them.

Overall, solid spot. I’d absolutely go back for the sushi burrito.“

“been here about 10 times and ALWAYS delicious! deff need to go if you havent and I recommend the 8th ramen with the sliced beef. have to try their boba tea as well if you ever had vivi tea hokkaido does it better!“
