“Best Chinese Food you will ever get in the area!!“

“I will never get Chinese food anywhere else! My family and I have tried every Chinese food place around North Haven. Most of them, the food is soggy, cold when we get it, not cooked right, etc. Until we found this place. It’s tucked away behind BAR pizza and we never even knew it was there! Our order everytime is chicken and broccoli spicy, general tso’s chicken not spicy, and crab rangoons. everytime the food is fresh and flavorful, everyone there is so nice and the place is beyond clean. I recommend to everyone!“

“I'm a rice lover. In my culture(s) rice is a staple so when I go to a Chinese restaurant I make my decision on the rice then go from there. They did not disappoint. Did not smell old oil, nor did the food tast like old oil. Even with delivery the service is nice and respectful. Introduced others and they too like the restaurant.“

“First I want to apologize In my several years of writing Google reviews I never skipped photos of the food but the food here was so amazingly good I just ate four servings of orange chicken! When I finally stopped I realized I ate everything before I took any pictures! Lol. I'm born and raised in Chicago and ate some of the most authentic and tasty Chinese food outside of China in our designated "China town" I have been up until now bitterly disappointed in all the Chinese restaurants in the entire state of Connecticut. The broccoli was tender and crisp and deliciously fresh. The orange chicken had REAL pieces of orange peel. Oh so slightly spicy but I don't eat anything spicy so most people would not have any issues with the spice level. It was simply PERFECT. The Crab Rangoon was the best I ever had and I have eaten in China town of both Chicago and San Francisco! This is the Only place I would even consider eating Chinese food in the entire state of Connecticut. I feed 3 hungry adults for $45 including tax and have some leftovers in the fridge for tomorrow.“

“I literally can’t believe how incredible the food was. This is what casual Chinese used to taste like back in the day. It was as if I was a child tasting boneless spare ribs and crab rangoon for the very first time.. The spare ribs were charred and tender and the rangoon was made with actual crab as opposed to the typical “crab flavored” cream cheese. The pork fried rice was also remarkably flavorful with large cubes of pork and perfectly cooked onion. Those who have complained about the food specifically must be miserable Karens. This is my new favorite casual Chinese spot. 10/10“

“We ordered several dishes to share. All were great. Hunan Chicken was spicy, but not too much. The Mongolian Beef was very spicy and delicious. The Vegetable Lo Mein was mild and had many vegetables in it, as did the Hunan Chicken. The Mongolian Beef had just onions. We ordered from the website and the food was ready very quickly. Portions are large and meant for sharing or as leftovers. Can’t wait to try different dishes. Thank you.“

“This place is definitely a hidden gem. From what I can tell, not a lot of people know about it. But it's becoming my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Milford-Orange area. “I came in 15 minutes before closing and they were busy and but still able to take my order. The man at the counter was still nice and personable even with all the business. They’re all hard workers and my food was nice and fresh. Their General Tso is nice and crispy! Exactly how I like it. They don’t usually pick up the phone so it’s okay to just show up and order!“

Very busy place since they’re closed to Yale New Haven Hospital but they manage to serve your food fresh all the time and no more than 20 minutes wait. Best Lobster sauce combination, with Tostones! Crab Rangoon with sauce! Chicken General Tso or sesame seed orange chicken. Lunch or Dinner“

“It's a cozy little place with friendly service and fantastic food. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that there is no vegan protein offered (other than edamame). Sweet and Sour Chicken was obviously fried right before delivery. Hot & crispy. Hunan specials, to die for, General Tso, hot, fresh, and delishious. Boneless spareribs were hot, fresh & tender. “My fave Chinese takeout spot in West Haven! I've ordered from Lucky Kitchen several times, and the food is delicious every time. The prices are unbeatable- tons of lunch specials for under $10. The man at the counter is always super friendly, too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great takeout place.

“I saw this place in East Haven ai was out for a bike ride. I’ve been craving Chinese food and haven’t found my go to spot yet. I ordered shrimp in lobster sauce and tofu with mixed vegetables.
