“I have eaten here about 6 times in the last month.For a take out restaurant, the food is fresh and good. The quality was consistent in my experience. Definitely one of the better Chinese take outs I have bought from.

“We stopped by this place after we were gonna go to Archie Moore, but it was too full. I’m so glad that we did because this was the best food I ever had in my entire life. We got an assortment of food, such as fried rice with boneless spareribs, shrimp lo mein vegetable lo mein and spring rolls. it did take about 30 minutes for us to get the food, but it was so worth the weight because it was delicious. That was the best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my entire life. I rate this place a 10 out of 10 it was so good. I would definitely return it if we lived closer, but unfortunately, we do not. My husband isn't a huge fan of Chinese food but even he loved it! We got Rangoons, chicken fingers (amazing!!!), steamed dumplings (delicious), honey chicken combo, kung po combo, chicken wings, steamed broccoli, and egg and spring rolls (for four adults) - serving sizes are enormous and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! I highly recommend the spare ribs here. My child always says that the ribs from this restaurant are the best they’ve ever had, and I completely agree. The fried rice and noodles are also excellent—everything we’ve tried has been consistently delicious.
What really made me happy was the service. The woman who takes orders remembered me, and when I made a mistake with my online order, she called to confirm the details. That personal touch truly meant a lot to me and made the experience even better.

“The food was excellent. My wife and I ordered soup dumplings, skewers, fried rice and the claypot tofu.

The skewers were excellent. The lamb had a good level of spice and cuts had a generous mix of rendered fat.

Soup dumplings have been trending lately but this place does a great job— skin is springy, broth inside very rich, and does not taste super doughy like a lot of dumplings in the area.

The clay pot, man, it brought me back to my childhood. It heavily reminded me of what my grandmother used to make me as a kid.

They’re hot and Sour soup is the best I’ve had in the area hands-down however it is very spicy so if you don’t want it spicy, ask them to alter it. Update I tried the curry shrimp and it was the best curry shrimp dish of any Chinese food establishment I’ve ever been to.“

“China King on Chapel St is one of those places that grows up with you. I used to come here as a kid, and somehow the classic menus still look exactly the same — and I mean that in the best way. Those old-school pictures and the simple layout bring back memories instantly.The food still hits the way it did back then: hot, flavorful, and comforting. I got the plain fried rice with Chicken broccoli ?.. it was delicious I also got some Chicken wings I love them as well very juicy … however, I was not too crazy for the shrimp egg rolls… they were not crispy n had an after taste to them … not sure if the oil is frequently changed … it taste it kinda oily n stale n they were not crispy at all and I forgot to ask for soy sauce n hot sauce n they did not included a few packs , normally when I order from other places , they include some soy sauce whether i ask for it or not… but the rice with Chiken brócoli ? n wings were very tasty n delicious ?.. the driver was very friendly n fast service … I would come here again but I would not be getting the egg rolls from here… was kinda disappointed with the egg rolls!!!“
