She gave us a sampling of all their clam chowders and shrimp cocktail as we waited (not very long) for our whole belly clam dinner and scallop dinner. Perfect and the clams were the biggest anywhere including the coastline restaurants. Do not put off a visit…it won’t be your last.“

“They have very friendly staff the bar tender is very fast and efficient, I usually see him alone take care of the food and drink orders and he’s very good at his job. There seafood is very good my go to is always crawfish and they don’t skimp on their crawfish or the sauces in the seafood boils, highly recommend“

“This truly is all around the best-tasting Chinese food I’ve ever had. I’ve never had such good rice. I always get mixed vegetables in brown sauce. Nicest assortment of vegetables of anywhere I’ve ordered it from. I’ve gotten basically just broccoli and water chestnuts at other places - but here at ming garden there’s broccoli, carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms, etc. It is so fresh and it tastes really good. I get vegetable fried rice with it and it’s just so well made. The lo mein, fried rice, skewers, anything we’ve had has been great. My mom has gotten many assorted and it is now her favorite place as well.“

“Food is really good, but even single time I go, I call in to see if my absolute FAVORITE person is there, and that would be Taylor, she is so sweet, kind, and talkative, but at the same time, not annoying at all, and when it comes to drinks, bartending is obviously her thing! So next time you go, make sure you ask for Taylor, but if you’re a regular, you already know how nice she is, but for those who are looking for a good place to eat or get a little tipsy, see if Taylor is there, also a quick little secret is to TIP GOOD! But yet again, make sure the best bartender is around, but don’t worry, the others are good too, if I could leave Taylor a 10 out of 5 star rating, I would!“

“I love their bento box. Especially the beef or chicken teriyaki bento box. It comes with delicious teriyaki meat with a bit of vegetables, a side of white rice, shumai, sushi (California roll) with a side of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce, a side salad, and a bowl of miso soup. You get a little bit of everything, so you definitely can't go wrong with it!

“My experience at the restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. I believe our servers name was Veronica, and she was wonderful and very attentive to us. We both customized our meals to some extent and everything came perfectly prepared and delicious. The server appeared at the table at just the right time and not too often so we had privacy, but always had excellent service. The view of course from this restaurant is just beautiful of the Connecticut river even in the winter. Martha's decorations are spectacular as always, and McKenzie Stevens pastries are absolutely beyond amazing. Thank you for a wonderful service and a wonderful experience!“
