“It's the best chinese takeout spot in Southington! We usually get delivery and they're always so nice and pack everything so well. When we get takeout there's plenty of parking and they are working so quickly and efficiently.
Some of our favorites: egg rolls, chicken teryaki sticks, chicken moo shoo pancakes, roast pork lo mein and sweet and sour chicken.

We ordered spare ribs, I had pepper steak, extra extra, extra hot, and a few other things today July 26, 2024. “CASH ONLY‼️ So no one wastes their time with a card! I do not eat Chinese food often. So when I do, I am very picky. I read their reviews like a book before ordering. I was not disappointed. The rice was not hard like so many places are, the eggroll was perfect, and I really liked the rib tips. The chicken wings didn't have a lot of flavor but it was no biggie, I used hot sauce. I would definitely try again and do recommend.

“Hing Wong is a small Chinese takeout spot located right off Route 8 on Huntington Ave in Waterbury. Conveniently located across from Cumberland Farms, Hing Wong offers your classic varieties of American/New York-style Chinese Food.

Similar to those classic hole-in-the wall places seen all over NYC, Hing Wong does not look like much on the outside, but that's okay because the food is excellent! All menu items are prepared fresh and are served in large portions at relatively cheap prices. Definitely check out their lunch specials where you can get a whole meal for under $10. My personal favorites are General Tso's Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Boneless Ribs, and Hunan Beef.

When I finally stopped I realized I ate everything before I took any pictures! Lol. I'm born and raised in Chicago and ate some of the most authentic and tasty Chinese food outside of China in our designated "China town" I have been up until now bitterly disappointed in all the Chinese restaurants in the entire state of Connecticut. The broccoli was tender and crisp and deliciously fresh. The orange chicken had REAL pieces of orange peel. Oh so slightly spicy but I don't eat anything spicy so most people would not have any issues with the spice level. It was simply PERFECT. The Crab Rangoon was the best I ever had and I have eaten in China town of both Chicago and San Francisco! This is the Only place I would even consider eating Chinese food in the entire state of Connecticut. I feed 3 hungry adults for $45 including tax and have some leftovers in the fridge for tomorrow.“
