“Best coffee around! Cute little areas to sit. This past weekend, there was even music, so it only made the experience that much better. This young lady truly made a special place. I love their menu. It makes it simple for people like me who panic at the counter when not knowing how to order coffee. I love that local is supporting local here. It shows how it's a close community.“

“This location is usually short staffed so expect a long, long wait. The employees are very courteous and the reason I am a repeat customer. Despite being short staffed, they do a great job at fulfilling orders and are courteous. One time, a very pleasant girl, was all alone running in store and drive up staying steadily busy and it was her second day.“

“Had coffee with a friend here yesterday. The vibe is modern farmhouse- SO clean and the outside seating was so appreciated on a beautiful day. (Tables around us has leashed dogs at their feet, so nice!) We both had pumpkin spice lattes (mine with oat milk). Absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to try the pumpkin chai 🥰 The staff was so friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Check it out!!“

“Nice place right on the main street in Essex. The cashier was very friendly. I was one of only 3 people in the place at first. It all went well until the barista decided to make the 5 drinks for the guy who came in after me first. It appeared that the customer was friends with the people working. Shouldn't have happened. I can only hope it was an oversight and not a blatant jump over a customer.“

Parking: Parking lot is kind of small but there are usually spots available or on main street. If you park on the street you need to back into traffic and it's right after a 4 way intersection so that can be a little challenging.“

“We LOVE Olive Oyl’s. In the 20 years we’ve lived in Tri-town, it’s our family go to at least once on the weekends. When the kids are home for school breaks throughout the year they frequent Olive Oyl’s several times a week. We love the vibe, the food, location, and especially Kevin and Jen! We are lucky to have such a great place so close to home!“

“I stopped in to get to get an iced coffee as a treat and was greeted by Emily. Emily couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. She’s the kind of person who would make this my favorite location. I was sad I couldn’t tip her for her customer service and helpful attitude but she definitely deserves it.“

“The staff at the Madison CT location is superior to any other Starbucks staff I have encountered. They are incredibly patient with people even when the customers are being nasty, rude, loud and very impatient. They handle this behavior with smile and never a cross attitude. They keep the tables and floors clean and are always willing to accommodate the customers.“

“Absolutely wonderful!!! Very clean, spectacular service and always super friendly! ? Ashley, the Manager and the entire team (sorry I do not currently have all of their names- will add/edit once I know them ) are ALWAYS upbeat, smiling and extremely welcoming. They are all totally on top of their game first thing in the morning. When we arrive, they automatically get our favorite order set to go as well as ask if we want to add anything to our “usual.” Truly a delightful way to start the day - they jump start our day in the happiest direction with such warm, friendly and top notch service. “Such a cute, quaint store in the middle of crazy construction on the road. But you would never know or when your inside. The service is amazing, have never waited more than 3-4 minutes to order, when they are crazy busy(in the mornings). Love that is store is now my new local Starbucks!!“

“When your local Starbucks team recognizes your voice through the drive thru and sends a happy message along with your morning Bev. 😀 ..... I hope I am getting everyone’s names right but the early morning crew (Anna, Mikayla, Katie? Marissa? and a few others that I can’t recall names, sorry) deserves high praise for the excellent customer service they provide Most of the time they have my drink made by the time I get to the counter! Today was the first time I had gone through the drive thru in ages, and I was told that Anna recognized my voice through the intercom I think it was her that wrote it but, I thank the person who left this hello on my cup today. I am feeling under the weather so it really made my day and put a smile on my face. You guys deserve so much praise! “I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit! The barista, Angel, provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond. I wasn’t sure what to choose for a late afternoon pick-me-up, but Angel offered good recommendations and guided me through the menu. Angel have impressive knowledge of the menu. “This Starbucks is located right at the entrance of the Tanger Outlets. This is a small Starbucks with only a few seats, but that’s not a big deal. The drinks we ordered were made perfectly and in a short amount of time. If you are in the casino or shopping, stop by and grab a drink.“

“I live in Groton and I work in Waterford and I like this location because the employees are nice and they usually have cheddar cheese Bagels. I've been to some locations where the food was just not edible but every time I've been to this location all of the employees are very nice and they seem to work together very well together“
