“Best coffee around! Cute little areas to sit. This past weekend, there was even music, so it only made the experience that much better. This young lady truly made a special place. I love their menu. It makes it simple for people like me who panic at the counter when not knowing how to order coffee. I love that local is supporting local here. It shows how it's a close community.“

“This location is usually short staffed so expect a long, long wait. The employees are very courteous and the reason I am a repeat customer. Despite being short staffed, they do a great job at fulfilling orders and are courteous. One time, a very pleasant girl, was all alone running in store and drive up staying steadily busy and it was her second day.“

“Had coffee with a friend here yesterday. The vibe is modern farmhouse- SO clean and the outside seating was so appreciated on a beautiful day. (Tables around us has leashed dogs at their feet, so nice!) We both had pumpkin spice lattes (mine with oat milk). Absolutely delicious!!! Next time I plan to try the pumpkin chai 🥰 The staff was so friendly, and the prices were reasonable. Check it out!!“

“Nice place right on the main street in Essex. The cashier was very friendly. I was one of only 3 people in the place at first. It all went well until the barista decided to make the 5 drinks for the guy who came in after me first. It appeared that the customer was friends with the people working. Shouldn't have happened. I can only hope it was an oversight and not a blatant jump over a customer.“

“I love the Old Saybrook team! I spend multiple hours here each week working remotely and am always so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. In a busy location, with a less than ideal store layout, Christine and her crew do a wonderful job. Everyone is welcoming, kind and they never fail to greet a customer as soon as they walk in. Keeping lines moving (even on the busiest of days!) and doing it with a smile is what makes this Starbucks one of my favorites.“

When the kids are home for school breaks throughout the year they frequent Olive Oyl’s several times a week. We love the vibe, the food, location, and especially Kevin and Jen! Parking: In and out Plath a lot of call ahead pic up. Seating is designed for Covid & spacing so is outside

“Absolutely wonderful!!! Very clean, spectacular service and always super friendly! ? Ashley, the Manager and the entire team (sorry I do not currently have all of their names- will add/edit once I know them ) are ALWAYS upbeat, smiling and extremely welcoming. They are all totally on top of their game first thing in the morning. When we arrive, they automatically get our favorite order set to go as well as ask if we want to add anything to our “usual.” Truly a delightful way to start the day - they jump start our day in the happiest direction with such warm, friendly and top notch service. Oh, and the coffee and the bagels are perfectly made and always delicious! ? ☕️ ☕️ ?“

“This Starbucks is located right at the entrance of the Tanger Outlets. This is a small Starbucks with only a few seats, but that’s not a big deal. The drinks we ordered were made perfectly and in a short amount of time. If you are in the casino or shopping, stop by and grab a drink.“
