“The place is sort of a cross between a deli, a restaurant, and a market. They serve breakfast and lots of prepared foods are available for lunch. They also sell specialty items like maple syrup and chocolate. A nice place to stay for a meal. My breakfast sandwich was perfect. Surprisingly decent prices too.“

“Blue collar workers gather here like Roman Generals every morning. Sitting at the cafe tables while eating their hot breakfast. Roccos is open early, it’s reliable and fast. The girls behind the counter will have you in and out in 5 minutes with a hot cup of coffee in your hands. If you know how to hold a hammer, this is the spot for you.“

“Little Bit Eatery is a great local spot. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the service is always friendly and reliable, and the cleanliness of the deli really stands out. You can tell they take pride in both their food and maintaining a hygienic, welcoming environment. Highly recommend!“

“This deli is a HUGE asset to Southbury and neighboring towns. While food costs are rising and portions and quality is dropping, somehow some way Heritage Deli has kept their prices low and the quality is unmatched in the area. My favorite is the chicken, quinoa and sweet potato bowl - it is incredible - and I always have enough for two meals - at $8.50!!!
My husband gets the Tuscan Chicken sandwich also delicious and incredibly reasonable
Thank you Heritage Deli for remaining a place where mostly EVERYONE can afford to get a healthy meal out😊“

“AMAZING! A.S is amazing. Their staff is so patient and helpful. The quality of the food and cleanliness of the location is near perfect. We usually travel to Norwalk, but thankful they opened a location near Shelton/Monroe. We went before Christmas Eve and it made our holiday feel “normal”.“

“Well-executed comfort food. The bacon butty is properly constructed with crisp, flavorful bacon and balanced texture. The bacon, egg, and cheese is equally strong—fresh roll, well-cooked egg, and generous bacon portion. Simple menu items done correctly, with quality ingredients and solid consistency.“
“This deli is great. Daily specials during the week are excellent. Food is fresh and like home made.“

“My wife and I have lived in many places and we've never had a sandwich that was so delicious, even on the next day. We've eaten our way from coast to coast and this is my far the greatest hero, grinder, sandwich whatever you want to call it. We will never be getting a grinder anywhere else. The quality, quantity and taste is a 10/10.“

“When I discovered Roxbury Market in the eighties, it soon became one of my favorite destinations. I lived in Bethel, but I’d drive up to Roxbury several times a week for sandwiches. It was remodeled sometime in the nineties, and the small back room had tables to enjoy meals with friends. We’d meet there by Jeep, motorcycle, or whatever and sit for an hour sharing a great sandwich, coffee and soft drinks. I moved to Florida in 2004 and miss the Marketplace. But we manage to visit at least once a year when we come back to Roxbury in autumn.“

“We moved into the area about a month ago and tried this place recently. The place has been here a long time but it looks like a hole in the wall sort of place.
We went for lunch. Sandwhiches were pretty good and reasonable. Just not something I would personally go out of my way for. I'm still exploring the area so I may come back down the line.“

“The food is fine, the menu is huge and you can customize your order. The staff work hard and if there is a little bit of a wait it’s because this place is the best value anywhere.“
