“My friends and I tried this place and loved it! They have such a wide variety of foods on their menu, yet everything we got was so delicious. Our waitress Audrey was so attentive, kind, and seemed genuinely excited to serve us. If I lived in the area I’d be here all the time!“

“This local establishment is open for dinner only. It’s decidedly local with an eclectic menu, excellent service in an atmosphere that focuses on local and regional information relating to the inn and the surrounding area.

We went with the NY strip and the baked cod. The strip was cooked to order and came out melt in your mouth good. The cod was lovely with the stuffing being rich but not too overpowering.

We completely enjoyed our meal at this location. I am sure you will as well.“

“To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

“What an amazing place for live music!! Sat at the end of the bar and watched an amazing Chris Cornell cover band. Bartenders were busy, but so polite and professional. I had wings and Philly Cheesesteak which were delicious. They have Captain Lawrence IPA on tap. Best mixed drink is a Smokey Manhattan! I live in Long Island, but will definitely venture back here again.“

“Great place to stop in to when you’re craving a a simple deli-style sandwich. Nothing too fancy but hit the spot I needed it to. Got the Italian combo on white bread, added pickles and dressing on the side, and ate the whole sandwich. They have a nice sized menu, a couple sides in the to-go cooler, a good variety in the beverage cooler and the staff were attentive and kind. Outdoor seating is always a plus. Will definitely be a return customer if I’m in the area.“

“A friend took me to The Abbey for the first time last night because I was in desperate need of a burger. While the outside of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, I was pleasantly surprised to see a packed restaurant on a Sunday night. The booths, rustic wood, and black and white photos of Westminster Abbey definitely added to the charm.

While we were seated immediately, I have to admit that the noise level was a tad overwhelming. Still, I enjoyed the separate bar seating and the various TVs to catch up on sports news.

To my own surprise, I actually wound up ordering a Pulled Pork Sandwich and a Captain a Coke to go with.

From the first sip of my drink, I definitely felt The Abbey was a tad stingy with their pours—ice was the priority, not a quality drink. However, my sandwich was divine. The pork was tender and the barbecue sauce had a nice sweetness. The fries themselves were odd—somehow a soggy, overly crisp steak fry, while edible shouldn’t be a first choice for a side.

Regardless, I enjoyed the service here and I think my friend and I paid about $50 for a sandwich, burger, one soda, and one alcoholic beverage. So, if you’re looking for a family-friendly, cheap hang-out, The Abbey is definitely a quality spot.“

“The food is AMAZING. Better than what you’d expect for bar food. The in house ranch is worth a mention by itself. It’s so good you’ll put it on everything. The fries are bomb. Wings great. Kids loved their tenders. Will be coming back again when in the area. We didn’t dine in. Took the food to go.“
