“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.
Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):
1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time
2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)
3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you
4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast
I could go on, but you get the point. We will be back!“

“Today was my second visit to this location and it was just as good as the first time. The amount of love put into making the Alcapurrias is indescribable. The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. I highly recommend this spot.“

“I was already craving Jersey Mikes the other day but then saw a post last night of the owner supporting his employee that was celebrating 1 year sobriety and donating to the cause. I happened to be in Longmeadow for my sons practice the same night I saw it… and although not the day some proceeds will go to the cause, I must say, it was the click that said “get jersey mikes tonight” ? I just find that to be so wholesome and empathetic of the owner to recognize his employee for this accomplishment and be publicly vocal & proud about it. The employees have always been top notch for a “fast food” joint. I’ve always been impressed by the friendliness. I think this store is really well run by what I’ve seen and I obviously love love love the food! Just earned enough points for a free sub, so I will be back again soon. ?“

“Update, July 22 2025, I've stopped by two days in a row and the young gentlemen named Mark was awesome. A friendly, funny, welcoming gentleman. He really made my experience more than just grabbing fast food late at night. I commend his professionalism and hope the company does too, because he deserves it. “this is the restaurant in springfield that has the least amount of crackheads in it ??not the cleanest but if your looking for a quiet mcdonald’s come here ample parking for most vehicles.

“I came to Subway to pick up an online order and didn't see my order on the pick up rack so a young man asked if I needed help. I had ordered a few hot subs and the staff actually kept it warm on top of their oven. I was very thankful and impressed by the staff here at Ellington Subway! Thank you again!“

“Yes their food is great awesome I love it too cuz for me that feels like actually home cooking food so yes the flavor that tastes everything it's straight on their food so I do highly recommend it service is good the environment of parking lot everything is good so yes I recommend it“

“Wanted to leave this review purely because I had dropped my card at the counter, and for 4 hours, the main employee had kept it safe until I retrace my steps! I can not thank you enough! The world is not always kind, but I'm happy to do business with good, honorable people!
Also the sandwich was great, the atmosphere was clean and open.“
