“After moving to the area, Nosh Café and Restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite places to enjoy brunch in Springfield. They offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian and vegan options which can sometimes be hard to find. Additionally, the atmosphere is both fun and relaxing with consistently friendly and welcoming staff. “We went for breakfast, the two women up front were so sweet. The lady turned on the witch for my baby to see, and even came out in the pouring rain to give her candy on our way out. They were closing early, but they were amazing to us even 30 minutes to closing when we came in. ( I didn’t realize they were closing early for the holiday.) The price and the service is far beyond 5 stars! Highly recommended stopping for a bite to eat. The food was just as amazing as the people working!“

“Having spent many trips in Boston going to Bova's Pastries, I was unsure I'd find a place that could rival its pastries, but WOW did La Fiorentina throw some heavy competition. I ordered a couple random pastries, all of which were beyond amazing, and the chocolate layer cake was just HEAVEN. I really like the unique and authentic selection of pastas they have here for sale as well. I left with a squid based pasta that I'm very eager to try.“

I know this is going to sound strange, but what impressed me the most was Mr. Joe, who runs the front of the restaurant. He could teach a master class in hospitality. I was amazed how even when he was the only one on the floor, he kept track of every patron who came in, or whoever was on the phone and knew in which order people were to be served. He took orders & got them right without having to write them down. Go for the food for sure, but enjoy the entertainment of watching Mr. Joe work.“
