“Visited this mini golf course from out of town and had a great time. The course is beautiful, surrounded by flowers and foliage. The holes ranges from straightforward to hard with fun obstacles. You can’t beat the price, especially before 6pm. We grabbed some ice cream (so many flavors) after winning a free game in the last hole. Highly recommend!“

“J Foster Ice Cream is easily one of the best ice cream spots in the area. The ice cream tastes incredibly fresh and creamy, and you can tell it is made with high-quality ingredients. They offer a great variety of flavors, and every scoop is rich and full of flavor.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The shop itself has a nice, relaxed atmosphere that makes it a perfect place to stop by with friends or family.

“Amazing ice cream! I got the Cappuccino flavor on a cake cone. It tasted fresh and had just the right balance of cinnamon to coffee. If you go further into this charming shop, you’ll find some bites to eat. I tried the chicken bites and waffle fries. The service was quick and the food was fresh. Everyone who works here is very nice, and Chase was a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely be returning next time I visit Simsbury.“
“We had Ben and Jerry's Catering CT come as a surprise for my niece's graduation party and it was a massive hit! Our server was wonderful! The ice cream was delicious and the toppings were perfect and plentiful. We've had ice cream trucks in the past and this blew them out of the water! I highly recommend! 5 stars!“

Crumbl Cookies is excellent! The cookies are always fresh, soft, and full of flavor. I love how they have different flavors every week, and every cookie I’ve tried has been amazing. “I needed a cake last minute so I called the store and they not only accepted my request but made sure to make the cake exactly how I imagined with the flavor and decoration as well in a short notice. The staff was very kind and asked every little detail regarding what I wanted and answered all of my questions. The cake was beyond my expectation and everyone loved it at the party. I will definitely order more cake from this place in the future. I highly recommend it!❤️“

“WE only discovered this branch of the Frisbee group late in 2021, but we are devoted fans now. First off, the ice cream was voted some of the best in CT ( via the Newington store) by Channel 3-TV subscribers. Next, it is the only source for No-Sugar Added ice cream in the Bloomfield area. And the site is lovely, despite the farm now being inactive. There is corn-hole for the kids to play on the spacious lawn, and plenty of parking. Finally, they keep the farm-store open more months of the year than most places, roughly April to November. We can count on a great dessert more than half of the year at Frisbee's .“

“Despite the fact that my area has Friendly's Ice Cream, Foster's Ice Cream and Dairy Queen (all wonderful brands), we seem to gravitate to Carvel. The store smells remarkable (no fried food smell), the sheer simplicity of the menu (ice cream, ice cream and more ice cream) and they have the best soft-serve. Plus 2 for 1 sundaes on Wednesdays makes it a irresistible destination.“

“What an amazing experience!! The cascading waterfalls, scenic walkways, and covered bridges shaded by gorgeous Japanese Maple trees is such a zen mini golf experience. They have something for the whole family including a wooden train and wooden ship play area. There is a beer garden if you want to stop for a cold brew, food, and Italian Ice and ice cream. We had such a great day!“

“We came in for a nice celebratory treat and a little mommy-daughter time and Penny our waitress was an absolute doll. She made our visit so special and welcoming. “The guy who I believe was the owner was the kindest and friendliest employee I have ever encountered. After running in right on the dot at 9:30 he kindly let us get our yogurts and made conversation while they were clearly closed. The yogurt was amazing and fresh as always and we will be life long customers. Super sad they don’t have a location near our school.“
