“The eating establishment was quite crowded. For a holiday I suppose that's not unusual. We had a good time and for the hour in time the service was great. I wish we had more of a choice on the vegetables with our turkey. You know one type does not fit all. Since this was a holiday, I wish more people would honor going out dress, however, each his own. The walk-in for handicap is very difficult. The ramp is nowhere near parking. Hope the owners will consider a different approach. I walk with a cane. My partner walks with a cane, and it is a long hike down to the eating area We will go back again on a special occasion thanks, Doug“

“My boyfriend and I went to pick up food from there. The food was great for American Chinese fast food. Out of habit, I wanted to know if we can get a free soda for our meal since we spent over a $100 and she said it was okay even though they don’t do that there. The lady is very nice and I still feel bad of getting free soda out of you. Next time l’ll tip large. Thank you for amazing food!!“

“One of my all time favorite spots . Hands down beats all the local competition for seafood . Drinks are amazing ?? Two favorite’s are coconut shrimp app ? and seafood boil combo Reels catch seasoned garlic butter the flavor is great and seafood is fresh not too mention the atmosphere of the Resturant , the waitstaff are very pleasant and seems to enjoy the work they do & knowledgeable on the seafood . It’s def an experience , so if ur ever in the area I suggest u stop by u won’t be disappointed .“

We all got lobster rolls, and not only were they affordable, they were fantastic. She gave us a sampling of all their clam chowders and shrimp cocktail as we waited (not very long) for our whole belly clam dinner and scallop dinner. Perfect and the clams were the biggest anywhere including the coastline restaurants. Do not put off a visit…it won’t be your last.“

“Best Chinese food in Cromwell!!! Love the friendliness of the people and the food is fresh and delicious. We order here at least once a week. My favorite dish is the Singapore Mei Fun with extra curry. My dad is a picky eater, but he absolutely looks forward to his weekly orders of Beef & Broccoli and House Fried Rice.

This place is great for takeout. Most orders are ready within 20 minutes of placement. While I have never dined in, tables are available to enjoy your meal. I would not expect a full waiter/waitress experience if you do decide to dine-in.“

“I would walk 500 miles... Well maybe not walk 500 miles. But I will drive 350 miles round trip. Just to have dinner at one of my favorite Restaurants in my old neighborhood. Congrats to Kenny and his culinary and service team. Dinner for my party of 4 was delicious. The 3 specials Short Rib Ravioli, Chicken & Sausage Paella, and the Baby Rack of Lamb. The 4th dinner was our longtime favorite Gnocchi Sorentino. Walked out bellies full and pallets completely satisfied. Oh yeah, don't forget the Fried Burrata. Anytime I'm in Brookfield I will visit Portobellos. Love this place.“

“Went here for lunch with my sister! I couldn’t believe how packed they were on a Monday! No wonder- the food and drink were ON POINT! Our waiter was very attentive and informative on wine. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip- delicious! I had the harvest vegetable bowl and added steak. The flavors mixed so well creating a palette of fresh, and my steak was cooked perfectly! My sister got the burger and a Cesar salad. The dressing was really fresh and lemony! The burger was delish as well! I will definitely be back! All the food I watched going by looked like 10 stars!“

The crust was wonderfully crisp, without being charred. I'm not an expert by any means, but I would describe the pizza as "Detroit style." The staff were very friendly. So next time you go, make sure you ask for Taylor, but if you’re a regular, you already know how nice she is, but for those who are looking for a good place to eat or get a little tipsy, see if Taylor is there, also a quick little secret is to TIP GOOD! “I love their bento box. Especially the beef or chicken teriyaki bento box. It comes with delicious teriyaki meat with a bit of vegetables, a side of white rice, shumai, sushi (California roll) with a side of ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce, a side salad, and a bowl of miso soup. You get a little bit of everything, so you definitely can't go wrong with it!

Needless to say he don't ask for Big Macs no more he asks for the big burger. I went in person and placed a order the workers were kind and food did not disappoint. This is our new burger place.“
