“Wasn't sure about this place when we pulled in to the parking lot but so glad we gave it a try . I ordered the Zuppa di pesce ( one of my favorite hard to find meals ) absolutely everything I was hoping it would be and more . Very extensive menu if you can't find something here to tickle your taste buds maybe your not human . The service was awesome. The restaurant itself ain't very fancy but a steady flow of traffic of people picking up and calling in for orders . They are definitely doing something right . Me and the wife was in from out of town for a funeral. And we was very satisfied with our meals and service . So if your in the area this place is definitely worth the stop .“

“Great Pizza“

“I had lost power for 28 hours last week. I called Carlito’s on Friday evening 6/28 after I got my electricity back ?. I had salad, warm
rolls, fried zucchini with marinara sauce, my entree was 2 sautéed soft shell crabs & pasta.
The service was amazing! Food delicious!
I decided I had room for dessert. I sat in the lounge and had a scrumptious chocolate lava cake!!!
I don’t want all of my food delivered at once. At Carlito’s I didn’t feel rushed. Warm rolls and ice water. Appetizer. Salad. Entree. All served after you have finished the previous course. I enjoyed a very relaxed evening!

Parking: As Carlitos is a small restaurant and has takeout; they have clearly marked area for takeout and dining parking.
A well lit parking lot. I was catching up on my messages in the parking lot and the owner stopped & asked me if I was okay!!! ?

“We've been coming here since they opened in Woodbury, and it's safe to say that they're still just as good, if not better. Everything I've ever had here is always hot, fresh, and tasty. If I ever have time, I always try and come in for a slice of Buffalo chicken pizza. It always comes out in a timely manner, and is constantly amazing every time. The owner is extremely friendly, and makes for a great experience everytime. While they may be priced a little higher than some other pizza places, you are absolutely getting what you pay for.“

“I’ve been a fan and customer of Villarina’s Southbury for many years for far too many reasons to list ... but the most important one is the owners who are family and treat everyone like family!❤️ This is a quick review to say YUMMMM!!! Before the “stay at home” order went into effect, I stocked up on their frozen dinners and lots of pasta sauce. Always love having these in our house and especially so now. We recently tried the frozen linguine w/white clam sauce I had picked up. It was our first time for this dinner and WOW! It was fabulous. My husband says it’s the best he’s ever had. “I been trying to find a good grinder/deli place where I live and I went to the other one on town that everyone says was good and it wasn't but then I seen this nice place and their meats are so good they got all the good stuff my grandfather would have at his house when I was kid. They need some relaxing jazz, Opera, Sinatra etc. However picked the music for an Italian Restaurand, knows nothing about a relaxing atmosphere!!!!“

“We happened to be driving through and stopped for lunch. We were so glad that we did. Great chicken cutlet sandwich. Awesome chicken piccata. But we would come back for the soup alone. The Mona Lisa soup is hands down the best soup I have had out at a restaurant. It’s chicken, rice, spinach, lemon and some magical seasonings..with homemade croutons and sliced lemon on the side. Absolutely delicious. We ordered more to take home. Our server was friendly and helpful and really knew the menu. She was great. We will definitely back.“

“This was a wonderful experience for my stepson and I. Christy was probably the nicest waitress I have encountered in my life. Answered all questions we had, made accommodations requested by a 6 year old with 0 hesitation or annoyance, the food was great and came out as quickly as the bread, my stepson had requested an additional side not listed on the kids menu and she didn't even bat an eyelash making it happen for him. Fairly priced, amazing atmosphere, they deserve all the extra recognition they've been getting lately and then some!! We will definitely be back, time and time again.“

“First time at Miranda's! Greeted immediately when we walked in the door. The staff was so warm and friendly. The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 4:30. Took us a few minutes to decide what we were having, but the waitress was so kind and accommodating. Finally decided on garlic bread with cheese, cheese pizza, meatball grinder. Meat lasagna, soup and Caesar salad. Everything was on point and delicious. Not a crumb left on the table when we finished. When we left there wasn't an empty table in the place. “my partner and i had our first experience at Italian Al’s today now that they’re in New Milford again and were extremely impressed! they were so kind and generous in every way, including their portions. as soon as we walked up they offered samples that immediately drew us in.everything tasted very authentic and fresh! the fried ravioli was the best we’ve ever had - so crispy, cheesy, and the sauce was delicious. the meatball sub has 3 big meatballs with their sauce, stretchy mozzarella, and fresh shaved cheeses on top. the fried dough was hot, so chewy, and perfectly sweet. last but definitely not least, the freshly filled cannolis were crunchy and just as good or better than any you’d find in the nyc area.“

“We live in Oakville and we have been getting our take out from Paradise for over 15 years. We just love everything there. We are never disappointed. They have saved us on many occasions with their party pizza, which is so reasonably priced. My kids would always have a lot of friends over, we can feed everyone and not break the bank. Dave and his staff are so friendly. We are actually on a first name basis because I am in there so often. The delivery drivers are awesome. If you haven't tried their food, please do.“
