“The food was great overall. No complaints about that. The only thing that threw me off was the buckets by the bathrooms. I guess there was a leak. Maybe they should get that fixed. But the server was good and got our entire family orders right. It was like 13 of us all together. They accommodated us well.“
“I'll get the one issue out of the way. This restaurant was mobbed (for all of the right reasons) and the parking is chaotic. There.We were a party of six. Several food preferences and allergies that make us a stress on a server. Our server was Erica C. She was amazing. She was attentive, helpful, and amazingly efficient as the restaurant was hopping. Great personality as well. A mere mortal server would have been overwhelmed.One of the partners, Chris, was on the floor. Restaurant was run really well for as busy as they were. He was great. The food runners didn't stop.Bar had a nice selection, prices good, pours were generous. The food was terrific. Interesting and varied selection through all of the courses. Well prepared and everybody loved their meals.We came because our friends tried Cool Springs and took us there. We heard about the prime rib for a week before our visit. Five of the six of us ordered the prime rib. Lived up to the rave. Apps and deserts were just as good.We never felt rushed as we enjoyed a very nice evening. We would not hesitate to recommend Cool Springs and cannot wait to return soon.Dietary restrictions: Cool Springs accommodated our group (and we're not so easy)! Nothing was a problem to the restaurant.Parking: Parking lot is very busy. Be prepared to jockey for a space.“
“Awesome place. My daughter and I stop here all the time. She's a huge fan of the imitation crab and gets her own bowl with a double serving.Very friendly staff. Due to COVID the interior is a little sparse, but I'm hoping that changes.“
“Went here tonight got seated right away n my waitress came over fast took my drink order then I needed a few minutes before I ordered i decided on the homemade lasagna which i can't say is lasagna because ur was two slices of noodles a whole lot of cheese and a whole wat of grease and ground meat it was ok wouldnt say good because of all the grease that was in the plate and was alot but will come back for other things I haven't tried the waitress asked me if I wanted anything else I said no and the person that ring me up he ask how he could change it and I told him so that was really nice the staff is all very friendly and nice the service was good“

“When I googled fried fish this restaurant came up and it did not disappoint. Kiana worked the front and she was pleasant and answered questions very nicely. You can smell the food before entering the door and it smelled like home. The portions were excellent for the price and the food outstanding. Thank you for a real soul food restaurant in DE. I am not from the area, 30 minutes away but it will be worth the drive. I found the right place at the right time. God bless your business!!“
