“Spare Ribs Platter is slammin', and steamed dumplings are great too! Egg rolls are solid. Sweet and Chicken's good. Also recommend the vegatable mai fun!!

There is a small wait after 6 pm, but the cooking staff are fast, and the woman at the front is a wizard. She cooks, answers phones, yells at the guys on occasion, and moves like LIGHTNING!

“Ive never had a problem with my orders. I always get the c21. The hot n spicy shrimp combo. I get extra shrimp, extra extra mushrooms n onions. I get shrimp lo mein instead of the fried rice. They're always very nice as well! It always comes very hot and they are very generous portions. My one meal lasts for 3 meals. Definitely recommend them!“

This place does exactly as they state and serves outstanding and fresh Chinese take out. The general tso and spicy shrimp and chicken are excellent and packed with quality ingredients. It’s been years since I had food from Panda. Wasn’t expecting much but low expectations generally lead to a good outcome.

Pretty impressed with the Beijing Beef & Walnut Shrimp. Flavorful & good texture.

5) quick service

CONS:
1) food is precooked
2) food is sitting out in open for 15-30 minutes
3) many entree items were unavailable or seemed very dry

“Great Chinese food for the area. We were definitely pleasantly surprised. The beef on a stick was awesome. I did not like the cheesesteak egg roll or the egg drop wonton soup. Everything was either at or above par for Chinese food. We will more than likely return again. Egg roll was really good too. The crispy noodles were really great as a little starter. Our service was awesome, everyone was very friendly.“

“I live in pike creek and I have a Chinese place near me. I recently purchased food from this place and ohhh man! I will continue to drive the extra miles for this place! Their sesame tofu has a nice crispy-not-too-soft texture, which I love. They always ask if you want sauces and chopsticks, which I really appreciate (as I don't like to avoid wasted packets and single use plastic). Take out only. “My wife and I lost our Chinese takeout restaurant which recently closed so we were forced to find a new place. We recently ordered our food from New Dragon. I waited until I ordered food at least five or six times before leaving this review. I can say that New Dragon has very good food, it's consistent in appearance and taste, and each time we got it, the portions were very generous. We order the pepper steak, chicken & broccoli, spare ribs, Wonton soup, steamed dumplings, roast pork fried rice, and roast pork lo mein , and all the dishes were very good. Their spare ribs are excellent quality with more meat and little fat and they're covered in a delicious sauce. The people who serve you are very nice and you can see into the kitchen where the food is prepared and we found the kitchen to pretty neat and clean. I can recommend New Dragon.“

“I went about 2 months ago hadn't been there in years for chitterlings.
We ordered a bucket that was $200 it was worth it. The same way I used to just bring them home and cook them a little longer with the seasonings you like. They were clean so I didn't have to do all that hard work. My chitterlings were perfect“

“This is far by the best “Takeout”Chinese food that I have found in the area since moving from New York a few years ago. I don’t know about you all, but I can taste the quality ingredients can tell the difference in preparation versus other classic takeout joints. If you need a quick easy example, get some of their wonton soup and look at the broth. That alone is an example of the high-quality preparation and ingredients that goes into the food from this restaurant. Hey…, To each their own, but I just wanted to show some respect to these guys because in my world some Chinese takeout is a pretty nice and important thing every now and then.“

This time I indulged in Mongolian beef, and I must say it was nothing short of divine. Also, the staff were very friendly. We love the wonton soup and fried rice as well, and everything we've tried from the non-sushi menu has always been a cut above. Everything tastes prepared fresh that day; the vegetables are crisp; it's never overloaded with salty, gooey sauce. So many places just cover up mushy vegetables and old rice with sugar-heavy sauce because it's what we Americans expect, but this restaurant seems to actually care about putting out quality. “Good Evening Google Family. I enjoyed my eating experience here. The food is really good here. I opted for take out. The young man that took my order was nice. I told him that I would give him and the restaurant a good review. He gave me the Q r Code paper and here I am using it. I only wish that they had brown rice. They had white rice. I prefer brown rice. I am hoping that the next time people will have a choice of Brown or white rice. I loved that my food was piping hot and it was delicious!! I ordered won ton soup, 8 shrimp with broccoli and an egg roll. I asked for more shrimp because establishments tend to be skimpy on the shrimp. I paid for the extra shrimp and it was worth it!!! “So I go to mimi's teriyaki all the time for their boba!! They have the best green tea around!! I usually get sushi from them, But today was the first time i've ever tried a bento box, And let me say they did a great job!! Everything was absolutely delicious! I got the chicken teriyaki with white rice 2 Spring rolls.2 chicken dumplings a 4 piece, California roll and a small salad. It was enough for 2 meals, and again it was spot on! Will be getting more bento boxes in the future!“

“4 stars based off of portion size...and fresh chicken and rice...Nice sized portions... The general and sesame chicken was tender and cooked perfectly.. not overcooked at all... Tasted a little bland in flavor... So could have used just a little more sauce... Other than that they tasted alright... The pork fried rice... Was good... You can tell it was actually fresh for once... The chicken lo mein noodles... Were a little sticky... But they were edible and ok... The egg roll I believe may have been stale or refried... Im not sure.. but it tasted like grease... And we just trashed those.. they were no good... The homemade teas were sweet and delicious...I guess I would recommend this spot.. but honestly im not even sure... This may be a hit or miss type of spot... Good luck“

“The best fried rice I have ever had!!! I always order the same thing. I order 4 wings with fried rice add egg. Their rice comes with onion only(no veggies) -which is perfect for me because that's the way I like it. When I tell you that rice is something to talk about, hunnyyyy!!!! I'm not a dry rice eating person AT ALL. I ALWAYS need some type of gravy or the sauce from my beans over ANY rice I eat. Not this rice!! This rice (and wings) is perfect as is. It doesn't need soy, duck, hot sauce, ketchup(wings). All you need is a fork. Seasoned just right. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it but they're closed today 😒 I've had their shrimp lo mein, beef rib tips and egg foo young and my son gets the general tsos and they were all yummy as well“

“First time visit. Our old Chinese food takeout location has changed owners and we've been on the search for a replacement. Ordered online for pickup. We tried the pork fried rice, pork lo mein and spicy chicken with mixed vegetables. All the items had a great flavor and I would definitely recommend this location for Chinese takeout. Now the plexiglas can’t have customers feeling this is normal, and bc it’s not! This is the hood and better safe than sorry, so no judgment there. My MY ONLY issue, is they are way overpriced. $7.50 for 4 wings! But I know every restaurant is overpriced these days, so not exclusive to Welcomes. However, I’ve been a customer since the mid-90s, they were ALWAYS known for affordable good food… Still good food, but high priced in a sketchy neighborhood.“

“Didn't go in person, we ordered online. Food was delivered 30 minutes EARLY, we were amazed! Everything was delicious; it all tasted freshly made (vs. stuff that's been on the stove for hours.) The chicken in the chicken-fried-rice tasted like REAL chicken. I could taste all the vegetables in my Shrimp with Chinese vegetables dish. (Very often those things are basically tasteless if they've been simmering too long). All in all a very nice surprise. Glad they've re-opened.“

“This is a takeout restaurant with one or two small tables. You are warmly greeted by a young man who confirms your order by your last four digits of your telephone number. Very courteous and professional. Although I ordered by phone I still had to wait about 5 minutes but that's reasonable. The food was hot. I ordered hot and sour soup and shrimp in lobster sauce. Because it was a combination platter I ordered it with vegetable fried rice and it comes with an egg roll. Everything was super yummy. Don't let the comments about bad beef and broccoli deter you from the wings. To me ordering beef and broccoli at this establishment just doesn't make any sense.
