These people see me at least 4x a week and are so nice, caring, funny, and very personable. They make grest coffee & lattes! Forget Starbucks, Elianoes, Dutch Bros., Southern Grounds, & Foxtail. THIS is the place for great & AFFORDABLE coffee! They're LGBTQ+ inclusive too! I love this place & these people! And hey, they actually have a TEACHER DISCOUNT here! “I stopped by Bitty & Beau’s in San Marco today, and what I expected to be a quick coffee run turned into one of the most uplifting experiences I’ve had in a long time. The chai tea latte was absolutely delicious—smooth, perfectly balanced, and made with so much care. But honestly, the coffee is just the beautiful bonus.
This place is so much more. It’s a human rights movement disguised as a coffee shop, and you feel that the moment you walk in. The team members—individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—are genuinely proud, warm, and incredibly skilled at what they do. Their smiles, enthusiasm, and attention to detail made my visit feel special and seen. Watching them work with such joy and competence is a powerful reminder of how much talent and heart gets overlooked in our world.

“I previous visited this facility but left because I felt ignored. Today I tried again. There appeared to only be 2 people there a man and a younger woman. No greeting again when you walk in however there was already a line so I joined. Placed my order for an Italian hot chocolate and an iced tiramisu. I can't speak for the pastries or sandwiches but the quality is good on the drinks. There were other people there meeting with friends and a few who were there to work/study.“

Only thing that was kind of annoying was the music went to an extreme level towards the end of the night when it became more of a club atmosphere. It wasn't a deterrent, but just something we noticed. Overall, a great spot in Jacksonville for date night or a birthday celebration. We'll definitely be back!“

“We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

“My fiancé chose this place for a random date and I was really glad he did. From the photos from others on Yelp it looked like a place to unwind and relax so I couldn't wait.

The photos didn't lie. This place is nicely tucked away from the Atlantic and San Pablo craziness. Walking in I felt transported to another country. As cliche as that sounds I don't have any other way to describe it. I love the items imported straight from Turkey for sale (the staff are true salespeople as they really wanted me to purchase something. They were beautiful but I didn't see anything that I HAD to have). In the back. the wisteria hanging from the ceiling and the middle eastern sofa for lounging and maybe for some snacks and hookah made it seem so cozy. I loved all the decor.

The first thing we got was the Turkish Coffee that was heated in hot sand. The guy serving us, I wasn't sure if he was the owner or not was really great. He warned us not to ingest the coffee grind/powder/sludge on the bottom but that we'd really enjoy the taste. That was perhaps the best tasting coffee I've ever had not to mention it was nuclear hot.

We got the Charcuterie for 2 which had lebna or lebneh, cheddar, gyro meat which I thought was shawarma but it wasn't, grape leaves, hummus, fruits and crackers with a side of honey and pita bread slices. I don't remember having lebna before but I loved it. There were some extras we got like the mozzarella balls, the ful medames, olives, and I believe some kind of date cakes. Trust me. We were good after eating all of this. My fiance also had Lentil soup which he said was nice and simple.

“Lovely owner (I’m assuming) explained everything simply and I loved how she interacted with the family who came in after us. The ice cream is SO GOOD. So thick and creamy. Pro tip, keep it simple on the base and go hard on the toppings if you like a lot of toppings. But it’s delicious enough to just get the sweet cream and have it plain! Such a cute shop 10/5 stars“

“I pretty much go here everyday. The workers are so kind, friendly, sweet, and fast. One of them was even kind enough to pay for my drink the day that my Dad passed away (If you happen to see this, thank you again x100). If that doesn't show how much they care about their customers then I don't know what does. I 100% recommend them.“

“I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

“This place is WELL worth it! We stopped in at ELEON Pizza & Pastry in River City on a whim. They are a true diamond in the rough. You can’t find desserts like theirs anywhere. Period. The goodies in their bake case are nothing short of beautiful. Their shakes are insane. Looking at the rest of the menu, there are plenty of food and sweet options and every one looked/sounded amazing. THIS.PIZZA. The owner talked a big talk but he certainly walked the walk. With impressive experience around the world and eye for quality, this is probably the best pizza I have EVER had. Last but not least, their customer service was everything you could want. They are a husband and wife duo who took time to genuinely engage in conversation with us. They are a small spot now but have big dreams. I look forward to being one of those people who can say they knew them before they blew up. Run don’t walk. You won’t be disappointed!“

“My friend tried one of the soups and usually doesn't like soups that don't have meat in it and she really enjoyed it. I had grits and they were so good. I love they have herbal flavored syrups, I would get rose or lavender in everything if I could 😂👏🏾their prices are pretty fair. It's a little tight but a lot of seating“

Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done.
