McDonald's in Auburndale

“I have had nothing but issues here lately. I have decided I will no longer come to this McDonald's. It's the managements fault this place is like this. You need new management and a bunch of new employees. This place is terrible. I suggest you take a look at how Salem's across the street does business. Your too focused on that damn clock. Enjoy your downfall. People want fresh food. Even if it takes a little longer it's how it should be done. We do not want cold food and bad attitudes or to be ignored. It shouldn't be like this, but unfortunately it is.“

“I realize it was afternoon when I ordered a hot coffee and I ordered something else. The sandwich came out hot and well put together, but this is about the coffee gentleman came up to me. He said listen. He’s like this might be cold if you’d like I could make a new pot for you and I checked it and it was very cold. Made a new pot. The coffee came out. Perfect piping hot thank you Josh!“
