“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“Fernando and his entire team did an absolutely amazing job taking care of our rather large graduation party, flexible with our arrival, providing a special cake table, and ensuring all of our dinners were exceptional appealing and tasty.. nothing was denied to us and everything was perfect thanks to Fernando, our servers, the chefs, and entire staff. Not only did they greet and interact with us, we really felt like family by the end of the night. Thank you Fernando and team - for making our graduates night a memorable one!!!“

“Morgans is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The design of the restaurant is stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together.
I ordered the vegan French toast. It was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a dish that is definitely worth trying and one that I'll be coming back for.
What made our visit especially memorable was my server, Maggie. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Maggie's positive attitude and exceptional service elevated an already wonderful meal and made my experience truly special.

“We visited from Norway for world cup. This is a downtown restaurant, a bit higher priced than others. Great food and great service though. Santiago our waiter was brilliant, very attention focused on all our needs. Also explained the menu and was fast getting us refills. A nice evening out, we sat outside as they have big roof fans.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“Lively environment at the Yard House in Gulfstream! They boast a ton of seating, with indoor and outdoors, and the largest variety of draft beers one can think of. Service was okay, maybe a bit slow. Food was good but I don't think most of them justified the price. Still, a solid 4.5 stars there. We had the mushroom pasta, a plate with some chopped steak, and a blue cheese burger that was good.“

“The food was amazing! But more than anything our server went above and beyond. We sat at the bar and the bartender (a woman, I didn’t catch her name) took so much extra care for us. I quietly reminded my partner that I couldn’t have gluten and she took the initiative to ask the chef if extra accommodations could be made for a non “gluten friendly” app and I so appreciate that! In general I love 60 vines but our experience today puts it even higher on my list“

“Based on all of the extremely positive reviews I saw, I thought this place was going to be overhyped, but it was not! We had a incredible meal. We got 4 à la carte plates (crudo, waygu bao, wontons, rice) between 2 people, plus the Hong Kong French toast for dessert. Everything was incredible. Great suggestions from our waiter, but I’m sure we couldn’t have gone wrong with anything on the menu. The wine list was small, but clearly well curated!

I've worked in the horse industry my whole life, and after 16 years of toeing the line between saying what needs to be said and saying what will get me asked to leave without pay, it was fantastic to be in a room that invited me to say whatever I wanted. “Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“
