“They didn't have any crunchy's chicken I would have had to wait 6 minutes so I got something else and the young lady said it was 10:05 and when she gave me the money she gave me a different kind of meals at a cheaper price. So I saved money. I appreciate that. I miss KFC wings so much. She informed me they have whole wings now. I will have to try that. I haven't had a goodwing since KFC stopped selling wings“

“1st time we went food was great, the seasoning on the chicken was perfect.
We ordered take out about 5 days later, and the chicken was way less seasoned and a little dry. I realize consistency is the hardest goal to achieve in food service. I will give Mad Chicken another try next time I come down to Florida“

“We came in for dinner and I am so glad that I finally came here. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing. I had the chicken tenders which were absolutely phenomenal tasted great and I had the buffalo blue and the creamy garlic sauce, which was great as well. They give you napkins and straws with sauces. Tried the waffle chicken sandwich. Was hot and ready. Not the spicy one. Comes with maple syrup. Fries were hot and yummy. Had a diet coke. They have lots of chicken item and salads. They even serve breakfast. Not open on Sundays. Sign up for the app you get free items like a free chicken sandwich. Parking lot was very tight and busy.“

We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! “We got the chicken tenders. They were huge order of six could be shared. Just buy an extra drink. They are delicious. They’re very tender juicy and the chicken by itself is not too spicy so you can add spice to your liking which I am happy about because I don’t like it spicy their special sauce is a mustard base sauce and very, very good so I got that it wasn’t too spicy but David lots of flavor when you’re in Walmart off of Griffin and university check them out. They are inside the Walmart shopping center.“

Food was great went through the drive-through but when the lady handed me the food, she said “thank you have a good day” and she closed the window so I drove off and me being distracted with the three children in the back I and didn’t realize that I hadn’t paid until I got to my destination!
I tried to call using the number to the website, but it’s customer service and there was no way to get through for Customerservice because all they do is assume that you want a refund when in reality I need the number to figure out how to pay as I’m not in that area

“The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady.
