“Tried out this “ice cream shop” and I was blown away! Their menu is huge with plenty of different sherbet and ice cream options! I got the fruit salad and ice cream option… they let you choose 3 fruits (I picked Mangos, watermelon and pineapple… mind you the cut it all fresh per each order!) , a yogurt type (I chose pina colada), granola and my choice of ice cream.. I choose passion fruit with 3 toppings (passion fruit boba and chamoy) and whewwww it was AMAZING! Not your typical ice cream shop.. they have cones and dishes and sprinkles too but how can you resist fresh cut fruit snacks and etc. I can’t wait to go back and try something else!“

The range of drinks this guy can create is insane. He's got everything from kava and kratom to the best coffee and tea. And the hookah blends - are great. Dan's a great dude to hang out with. He's always got time for a chat, even when the place is packed. He remembers your name, your favorite drink, and he's interested in what you think. The Heights Lounge is fantastic. The vibe is just right - I've brought a bunch of my friends there, and every single one of them likes it. It's rare to find a place like this. “Foxtail coffee is so delicious!! I've been obsessed with their iced matcha with lavender bitters. I recently had surgery and was craving some after and since I couldn't drive I had it delivered. I apologized in my notes for having a single drink delivered (it felt to myself a little silly to have a single drink delivered) but I wasn't clear to drive yet. Well they were so dang sweet and wrote this sweet note on it!! 🥹 It literally made my day. Thank you guys!!“

pro:The place is beautiful. Provides plenty seatings (sofa, reading chairs, and dining chairs),Plenty outlets for your electronics. It's kept at a comfortable temperature. Good lighting for writing and reading.
For the cons, The music was a tad bit too loud. The bar stools was super uncomfortable! Perhaps it's by design.... The two Baristas working that night, unfortunately, didn't add anything to this, otherwise wonderful space. They were cold, and bit standoffish. I visit space like this not for the drinks, or the food solely, but a large part for the vibe, community, service, esthetics and inspiration. So when the staff don't play the part, it greatly diminished the experience, or downright defeat the Purpose of visiting. I would recommend this place.“

The medialuna took him right back to family breakfasts in Argentina, authentic and delicious! My bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with crispy hashbrowns was perfectly portioned. The open-air setup with ample natural light and convenient street parking made for a relaxing start to the day. Table service was a thoughtful bonus, elevating a quick breakfast into something special. We’ll definitely return!“

“The owner was extremely welcoming and patient with me and my daughter. The Boba tea was amazing. You wouldn't even know the shop was there unless you looked for it. Super clean and cozy on the inside. Also, the prices were super fair! I'd take a Boba tea here over Starbucks any day. We can't wait to go back and try so many of their other desserts.“

“A friend showed me this place since it's one of her favorites to go to. The matcha was really yummy, but I didn't know you could add any flavoring to it since the woman who checked me out didn't offer. I only saw it on a small board once I paid and received it, so that sucked, but at least the drink wasn't nasty so it wasn't all bad. Seating was comfy. Nice place to relax and work at. $10 for a fried egg, two strips of ham, and one piece of sourdough toast is excessive. I understand the need to pay the rent in such an expensive area, but still. The most that should be is $6 or $7.“

“I’ll be honest — it takes a lot for me to move away from my regular rotation. My go-to cigars have traditionally been the HVC Hot Cakes and the Fresh Out of the Oven Broadleaves. Those have been staples in my humidor for quite some time. But after discovering Tabanero Cigars, I haven’t purchased another brand since.

My first experience was with the Corona Gorda last November and from the very first draw I knew this wasn’t your average cigar. The burn was razor sharp, the construction was flawless, and the ash held beautifully longer than I expected. What impressed me most was the transition in the flavor profile midway through the smoke. It evolved in a way that kept the cigar interesting from start to finish without ever becoming harsh or overpowering.

My next Tabanero cigars were as follows:
Toro Connecticut then the Robusto Candela and both were phenomenal in their own, right. Each cigar had its own personality while maintaining the same level of quality construction, smooth draw, and excellent burn ratio that I’ve now come to expect from Tabanero.

Those experiences immediately pushed me to order one of the Barberpole bundles — my first barberpole cigar ever — and quite frankly, I was blown away. The secondary wrapper burned beautifully, the craftsmanship was exceptional, and the quality far exceeded what I expected from a bundled cigar. It smoked with the kind of consistency and balance you typically expect from premium boxed offerings.

Needless to say, I’ve already ordered two more bundles — the Churchills and the Box Pressed Robustos, as well as a box of the Nero’s — because at this point, I’m sold. As someone who values consistency, craftsmanship, and flavor evolution in a cigar, Tabanero has absolutely earned my loyalty.

Phenomenal cigars. Exceptional value. Outstanding construction. And most importantly, cigars that make you excited for the next smoke.
