“Red Rooster is our go to when we want to go out for a nice evening and don't want to roll the dice trying a new place. We know the vibe and food will always be on point. I think by now we've been here about a dozen times and have never been disappointed. They do change the menu seasonally but always have an amazing selection. The cornbread is always first on the order. I got the fried catfish with red curry sauce. Let's just say if I didn't live so far I'd be ordering it again to go. I also had the fried green tomatoes which was amazing! Meal was 10/10 as usual. Can't wait to go back.“

“We're visiting Miami and wanted to try Cuban food..Esquina Cubana didn't disappoint. My husband ordered the special combo the croquettes , fried yuca and those empanadas soooo good. I ordered the fried snapper, the snapper was seasoned just right and the rice was yummy. Our server Cristian was great , very attentive. All I can saw is chef' s kiss...10/10.“

From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. When we asked her if she was the only server (because we hadn't seen anyone else) she said that she was covering the whole dining room and outside tables by herself until 7 p.m. Clearly there was a staffing issue, and she handled it with grace. We had a boat tour reservation to catch, and still managed to make it out on time. Overall, the food was excellent. I wouldn't recommend the grilled octopus, but the gluten free rigatoni alla vodka was some of the best I've ever had. Very flavorful. “One of my all time favorites in Miami.
You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. We ordered a few but I only got a picture of the white pomodoro vongole, which was delicious. Very fresh without being too garlicky or heavy on the stomach. There pasta is always fresh and would taste great without any sauce. The red sauces (their specialty I believe) just make it all that much better.
My favorite salad of all time is their tricolore salad, I would come here just to have this and one of their cocktails. They have proper cocktails, well balanced and with premium liquors and ingredients.
The inside section is beautiful but be warned it is freezing inside, bring a sweater.
The outside while very pleasantly ventilated with fans everywhere is nice however is missing that beautiful design and ambiance felt inside.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“We had dinner last night. The place is beautiful. Rome was amazing, attentive and very pleasant! The food was delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary and he gave us two glasses of champagne on the house. They opened two years ago and we didn’t know about it. It’s on the pricey side, but it is worth it.“

“Tiki Fish n Burgers” and “Jules Kitchen” are actually the same place. I came during happy hour from 3–6 PM and it was a great deal. A large Aperol Spritz was only $7. I ordered the mini burgers and the chicken wings — both $9. The mini burgers were pretty good, but the chicken wings were a bit dry. Overall, a nice spot, especially during happy hour“

“Excellent bartender and drinks! The bartender is extremely professional and very precise in how he prepares the specialty and unique cocktails and drinks on the menu. He is calm and measured. This leads to a very consistent drink quality and taste. This may sound like a small detail, but in my opinion this separates an excellent bar and bartender from the herd of plain and heartless bars with no soul or class. Seeing professionalism, precision, discipline and focus in a bartender and the product he puts out is unique and very special. This is why I have visited this bar and was very happy with the product they serve.

I found the food and environment very comfortable and friendly. It's in a beautiful and very safe area. This is a unique one off concept. I will definitely visit this bar again. I found the prices of the drinks and food to be extremely fair. I say this in light of the high quality and consistency of the excellent drinks they pour. Consistency and quality is everything. They provide both and the taste and class of the product shows the discipline in pouring the drinks.
