“I first had the pleasure of dining here nearly two years ago, and it instantly became one of my favorite restaurants. From the warm atmosphere to the unforgettable flavors, everything about the experience was exceptional. The plate of pasta I had on that first visit was so memorable, it’s still the background on my phone — and I’ve made multiple trips to Miami just to come back and enjoy it again. The quality has never wavered. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.“

“Thank you Lorenzo the fabulous Host who made sure we had the perfect table on the patio. Then we had the best server Julius, since I have many allergies to food Julius Went above and beyond to accommodate me I had the best Fish that was cooked at our table I got everything I wanted because he made sure. Everything we had was amazing We topped off the night with homemade Tiramisu that was also prepared fresh at our table. If you have any food restrictions this is the place to feel safe and to know that the employees take this seriously . I know they have other restaurants and I am truly looking forward to trying them all.“

“I had a fantastic experience last night! The service is top tier--Marco and the rest of the staff are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. I had the best beef carpaccio ever--try it, they put a unique spin on the traditional dish--followed by the baby artichoke hearts and accompanied by an amazing Swiss Pinot Noir from Lucas Madonia. One of the best dinners I've had in a while and I'm frequently out. Highly recommend this quirky and cool restaurant!“

“Boia De is very special. Bold flavor with a delicate execution. The staff are humbly proud of their accomplishments and the Michelin Star is well deserved. The smoked muscles were delicious you need them. Steak tar-tar you must have. The gnocchi will change your life and the lamb could alter they ways of man & possibly change the world. No liquor needed here. Creative mixology with sake & Pilsner will make you happy. Desert a must… buy 2. Or 3.. Love from Mary & Peter“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“We went early so not many people in the restaurant but soon got nicely busy. Staff were great and friendly. Service was brilliant and the food was excellent. We had the pasta dishes which I believe were all home made. Really great experience.“

“Our experience was absolutely incredible — everything was a 10. We shared the Lemoni and the Filet with the table, and it truly felt like culinary heaven. It was my birthday, and this marks the third time I've celebrated at one of Chef Giorgio's restaurants. He and his team never disappoint. My all-time favorite dessert is the pistachio semifreddo, and as always, it was AMAZING. Huge thanks to the entire Luca crew for making my birthday so special — and delicious!“

“The place is elegant and relaxed. The service is good and pleasant. The food was quite good. However, the negative part was that they served 2 dishes to a table of 6 and 25 minutes later the other 4 dishes, even though they apologized for a place of this level, this is intolerable. The price is quite high.“

“We had the coconut shrimp and buffalo wings as appetizers. They were excellent. The shrimp came with a lovely sweet and spicy dipping sauce that was not overly sweet or spicy, just perfect. The wings were crispy and the buffalo sauce and ranch were flavorful. Each app came with a serving of 8 pieces each. I had the linguine Frutti Di Mare and it was incredibly flavorful and full of seafood. The sauce is silky and delicious. He had the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The spaghetti and sauce were excellent, the chicken was a large piece that was cooked to perfection. This was our second time going and we ordered the same thing both times and it was excellent each time. Melissa, the manager was wonderful. The portions were large and there was a live saxophonist which made for a very romantic evening. Highly recommend!!“

“This place never disappoints. The setting is intimate the food is amazing and the staff is attentive and warm. Viviana already knows my go to order and is always so welcoming when I go. All the risottos are tasty. The fiocchi is my favorite pasta dish with its unique sweet and savory flavor. I recommend for date night and their lunch specials are great too.“

“Best baked ziti I have ever had. The pizza slice and cannoli were also fantastic. And the pick up service was awesome. They kept the cannoli separate from the hot food as you just can’t have those temps mix. Fantastic! They added an extra slice of pizza, free bread. So impressed!
