“We had an amazing experience at Crazy About You! The food was absolutely great everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they put care into every dish.
Our server, Ernesto, made the night even better. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. He checked in at the perfect times and gave great recommendations.

“Oh gosh…. This was definitely one of the ABSOLUTE BEST restaurants I went in my life (and they are plenty of them). Everything was exquisite: the service was a 100/10, the atmosphere a 10/10 and the foooood?! The food was a 10000/10. I still dream of everything I ate there. I recommend it 10000000% and I would definitely be back in Miami just for their food.

“This is our second time at Bar Collins while staying at Loews hotel and each time our server was Tommy. Fast and attentive service and great conversation. We love stouts, bocks and dark beers so Tommy also recommended a nearby brewery that we should try. He also recommended good places around to try for lunch or dinner.
Can't wait to return to Loews next year for some smooth Guinness pours. :)“
“We had a great night with my sister at the lobby bar. They have their own signature cocktails which all of them are worth to try. Ismail’s bartending skills and his geniune personality made us feel like we’re spending time at home. Their italian cuisine offers a lot of delicious options such as homemade pasta which we had to the last bite. We also had to chance to meet with bar manager Loida who made sure we had the best time while we were at there. My compliments to them and to the chef!!“

“Great dinner! Open table suggested I give this restaurant a try......they were right!! Each dish was amazing and came with a performance presentation! My husband had the sea bass and said it was the best he ever had. I had the filet and the pome puree. Bothe were great! The desert was a show we had 6 leches pearl cake it was great! The neighboring tables were fun to watch. Smokey drinks brought in a chest that glowed blue with smoke billowing out snd a seafood tower with sparklers and smoke from dry ice! All the drama! We will be back!“

“We had the absolute best experience here. We stopped in after departing our cruise, and were greeted with good vibes, good food and great drinks. “What detracts from the experience is the disconnect between the vibe of the bar and looking into the food court on the first floor. The cocktails and food were great though.
Note that the $300 drink minimum for groups of 6 or more is only for drinks and does not include food.“

“Entering was uncoordinated for as few people that were at the restaurant. It was a Monday night so it was not very busy. Once seated the wait staff was professional quick and kind! “Wensley was AMAZING!!!! Give him a raiseeeee. The food was a 10/10! My friend & I got the jerk wings (so yummy 10/10!) and the patty (really good 7/10) appetizers . Then for dinner we got the salmon (10/10) and Rasta pasta (10/10!! The spice was perfect). This was our first time and it was awesomeeee.“

“My husband and I had a long layover at MIA that coincided with winter storm Fern. The original front desk attendant we spoke to at the Gate D15 gate club said they were “at capacity “. This was disappointing. The second attendant was very hepful and helped us with our entry. A little upsetting with the first attendant; we were flying first class on our arrival to MIA and going out on an international flight. They had said it was due to storm, but lounge was not very busy. See photos.
The lounge itself is pleasant and quiet; not luxurious, but definitely adequate and comfortable. Seating was varied, with a few lounge chairs and many other comfortable groupings, bathrooms very clean and lounge does have showers. Food had decent selections. We had a 7 hour layover and were in the lounge for the breakfast and lunch selections. Bar staff was attentive and friendly and bussing staff kept areas clean, clearing things quickly and sanitizing surfaces.“
“I was a guest at the Hilton property and utilized the Bentley Beach Club area of the beach. They honored our Hilton status and we were allowed two beach chairs and an umbrella daily, a great deal considering the cost. The beach is nice. Beautiful water when the seaweed isn't present. The Santorini restaurant delivers food and drinks to patrons of the beach club upon request. Service was great, no complaints.“
“We went for a quick dinner here on our way to our hotel up the same street and Lana gave us the best service we've had in Miami beach, very good menu with really good dinner, and she did an amazing job mixing our drinks
