“A nice little bar. It is a favorite spot for the locals from around here. After visiting it I can see why. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. I had a good time coming here.The bar was easy to find. It has good enough parking all around. The parking lot is well-lit. The bar is near a school and a small little park. I had no problem finding it.The food was good. The food menu had good choices. The service was a little slow. I found the place fun. And the crowd friendly. They also have a karaoke night. “Decided to make reservations at the last minute and they gladly accommodated it. When we arrived we were greeted by hostess and I believe the manager. He asked if it were our first time and showed us around. The waiter gave us great recommendations and was very attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and was full of flavor. We had Mojitos, Margaritas, Calamari (2, they were so good), Short Rib Pasta (YUMMY!!), Thai Curry Seafood, Short Rib Quesadilla, Special Salmon Salad (All of these were on the Special Lunch menu). You can't go with any of the above plates, ample portions and all very tasty. Price was reasonable, came out to $60 p/p including drinks, taxes, and tip. They have free onsite parking, we had no problems, but can see it fill up on popular days and times. For very good seafood at a beautiful location overlooking yachts, I recommend The Rendezvous.“

“Started off a little shaky. Stood at the bar for about 1 1/2 hours waiting for a table. Asked a waitress if we needed to put our name down and she said yes the hostess seats you. Could not find a hostess so we asked another waitress if we needed to put our name down for a table. She said just seat yourself. The place is packed. A very nice family saw us and said we could have the table after they were finished. We sat down and a waitress took our drink order. Then the hostess told us that this table is for another party. I was very upset. But she made up for it and found us another table. We ended having a very good time with another family waiting for a table. “Went out to this location because it was close to us. My friend and I sat with Adrianna who was super friendly and she took our order down by memory with no mistake. She gave great drink recommendations and mentioned happy hour and always kept the same happy and nice attitude. She was on point the entire night from going behind the bar to all of her tables while maintaining great customer service!!! We will be back to see adrianna!! The manager miss lucy was also super kind and appreciated our compliments! Our only issue which we didn't want to mention after we already gave great compliments was that the girl who took care of us after who was blonde and her name is madison behind the bar. She seemed annoyed that she had to adjust our check because the kitchen had given us three briket tacos instead of the mix and match. When she came back to give us the revised check her face seemed annoyed and she set the bill down a bit too aggressively and that is why my friend and I did not tip her.(in which case we normally would tip) but madison's attitude rubbed us the wrong way. We did however tip adrianna $20 cash on what we assumed our bill was around $50 or bill ended up being $59.68 because she had put in all of the work. Other than madison and the tacos not being the mix match we had a great time and will be back.“

“Stopped in because it's on the AADVANTAGE dining program. Vanessa was my bartender, and she did a great job!!! A margarita, a Washington Apple, and a double tequila with cran, pineapple juice, grenadine, and triple sec; they were GOOD!!! Live music on Fridays and a packed house but not shoulder to shoulder packed. Security was all in my phone thinking I was recording at the bar, but it was on photo mode. Nosey need glasses!!! You can not video the bar, but you can video the live band. Overall it's a nice bar with reasonably priced drinks. Food is available as well with free food after 12am on Fridays. The free food was pretty good, pasta with meatballs and rice. There's a raffle as well $3 for 5 tickets or $5 for 10.“
“This very unique old movie theatre vibe bar is a site to see if visiting the Las Olas strip in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. The inside has many movie theatre type billboards displayed around the top and a very relaxed velvet booth with the Palm Room logo displayed on the wall. The bathroom was clean too.“

“I have been trying to get to this restaurant for months and I finally made it! Let me tell you that it was certainly worth the wait too. All the food was made to order and every single dish came out hot and fresh! Let me repeat that HOT AND FRESH....AND IT TASETED GOOD. Now let me talk about the service. Tiara was my server and she was phenomenal. Seriously, Tiara needs to open up a school and start training servers across America worldwide!! Since it was my first time at the restaurant, and I was starving, I had questions about all the things I wanted to try....and it was indeed a lot of questions. Tiara was very thorough in her explanations and she never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. She even had some jokes inserted into her answers and I absolutely adored her. Later on into the night, my sister who happened to be in the area stopped by and we had the pleasure of being greeted by the manager Felix. (SN: Felix previously checked in on me before when I was dining alone.) Felix is definitely awesome. His personality was inviting and in further reflection, I remember visiting the entire restaurant and that makes him very attentive. Great owners/managers are☺️. I appreciated the fact that he came to check in on me/then us with the food. I've only experienced that type of attentiveness in more formal dining settings, but in my book Upper Deck is definitely top-tier/5star! Everything I ordered was scrumptious, tasted great, right down to the dessert! I am usually on that end of town once a month because I live 1 hr away, but I promise every time I'm nearby I'm going to stop by and order something. Tiara recommended some other menu items and my goal is to try everything on the entire menu. I had more than enough food, so I was able to leave with leftovers. I had the Shroom and Swiss Burger which was hand pressed burger patty on a nicely grill roll with fries. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. My wife had the Greek Salad which was also a very generous portion. It came with a generous amount of Feta Cheese and tomato and olives as well as some Gyro Meat. I also order a Abita Purple Haze and it was only $6.00. Both of our meals were very good and would definitely recommend this place. I never had an issue in the many years going there.Sadly, many local places are suffering and closing from high wages, high food prices due to higher food costs. Inflation. Your $15 wage will get you about $9 worth of food. Any fast food is about $20-$25 for two, drive thru.I love their Oktoberfest and hopefully bring back karaoke.Support local, go often, be known and then you wont complaint.“
