“Wow! Far exceeded any of the expectations I may have had even though it is highly rated and highly recommended in the FIU area community. Not only are the prices incredibly reasonable the quality of the food and ingredients is stellar, but to top it all off the service is friendly prompt and attentive. I ordered a CYO bowl with brown rice and steak and avocado and spent less than I normally do on a small sandwich which is far less satisfying. I was offered the steak by the owner and was a little bit leery because sometimes these little salad type places have minimal quality meat. But this steak was fresh, juicy and tender! The food from the tomatoes to the avocado to the rice below was A+ and the ladies working there were very sweet and fast. I will definitely be back! If you are in the FIU area and like healthy but tasty and high quality food, run don't walk here!“
“Gabriella took our order and was so patient, thoughtful, and warm while serving us! They were just about out of their sancocho when we went to order but she was able to ask the cooks to give us what was left even though it didn’t have the right parts broth and filling - and it was still delicious. So incredibly thankful. Today was a hard day for us and it’s was nice to be treated with kindness.10/10 recommend Un Pollo“
“This place was so good I'm literally still thinking about it. I ordered in the shop at the kiosk, you need a tap to pay or credit card not sure if they take cash. The food came out about 10 minutes after, it was placed in a cute little locker with my name on it that I had to scan to unlock with my phone number that I had used to place the order. I ordered the chicken sandwich in chili oil with the special sauce pickles and coleslaw. The sandwich was generous with the size of the chicken and it was fried perfectly but still very juicy. I didn't opt for any sides the sandwich was very filling, with my additions to the sandwich it was about $12. I ordered the spicy version but next time I would get the spiciest version as it wasn't too bad. There's only a few seats inside I think it's intended for take out but I would definitely return again soon.“
“Today I went there to pick up an order, there was a woman and a man in the front, they were really nice and kind to me. The food smelled amazing and it was super tasty. I don’t normally give good reviews and I really expected something bad cause normally places like this are a mess. But this one is amazing, the food is so delicious and they are very welcoming. ❤️“
“The flavor … oh the flavor. Their cuisine is prestige! We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! These biscuits melt in your mouth. So good, I had to bring some back to Houston with me. I highly recommend Chick N’ Jones you won’t be disappointed.“
“I don’t like the dining place in Dadeland it’s very crowded and super loud. Just go upstairs and enjoy better version of Chick-fil-a. Chicken Guy - it’s cheaper, well seasoned and more juicy. Perfect for me, I loved everything about burgers and fries, tried them all. Defo will come back. 10/10“

“If you like Fried Chicken, you'd love this place. I personally am not the biggest fan but Bro's Hot Chicken was a must try and I definitely enjoyed it. I tried the Bro's #3 which came with a sandwich, tender and fries. The sandwich was the best. They have different sauces to choose from and I like the simplicity of the menu but also that you can combine whichever 2 options you'd like. It was pretty good. The hot honey is a must!“
“My first visit to "La Brasa Grill" was prompted by a buy one get one chicken plate coupon, and it exceeded all expectations! The service ladies at the front desk were incredibly pleasant and took the time to explain the menu and all the available options to me. Opting for takeout, I was blown away by the outstanding flavor of the rotisserie chicken and the delicious sides. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to explore more of the menu options. La Brasa Grill has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite restaurants!“
“I had never been to Pollo Tropical even though they seem to be almost everywhere. I ordered a pork sandwich with a side of sweet plantains and my husband had a chipotle chicken sandwich. The service through the drive thru was quick and efficient. The food wasn’t bad but the sauce and onions described on the menu were both missing from my sandwich. The fact that the sandwich wasn’t dry despite the missing toppings says something (good) about the meat but I am sure that the sandwich would have been better if it was as described. That is a problem with take out- you don’t know that there is an error with the order at a time when it is possible to do anything about it. The plantains were well made and hot and a nice sized portion. My husband liked his sandwich.“
