“I come to Miami 3-4 times a year, and this is one of my favorite restaurants because the food is always seasoned so well and the plantains are delicious. 11/10 recommend you stop by.“

“I had never been to Pollo Tropical even though they seem to be almost everywhere. I ordered a pork sandwich with a side of sweet plantains and my husband had a chipotle chicken sandwich. The service through the drive thru was quick and efficient. The food wasn’t bad but the sauce and onions described on the menu were both missing from my sandwich. The fact that the sandwich wasn’t dry despite the missing toppings says something (good) about the meat but I am sure that the sandwich would have been better if it was as described. That is a problem with take out- you don’t know that there is an error with the order at a time when it is possible to do anything about it. The plantains were well made and hot and a nice sized portion. My husband liked his sandwich.“

We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! “Food and service excellent but there is a major, huge problem at both entrance of the restaurant were there is NO GUTTER installed and when it is raining the water runs like the Niagara fall at both main entrances making impossible to avoid getting sucking wet. “I love this location being close to home but they really need to figure something out with the parking lady out front harassing guests. This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? The street is dead! Let the public people get their lunch.“

“We love Krispy Kruncy Chicken! This location has halal meat (certification displayed!) which is wonderful. We love their chicken tenders and biscuits. The location is not traditional inside a gas station, however it's well worth the fantastic flavorful chicken.“

When I can't think of what I want to eat in S. Florida I remember I can get a delicious grilled half chicken, fluffy white rice, savory black beans, and a nice roll for $11 and I'm looking up the near PT location. They never disappoint.“

“This was my first time trying Honduran food and I was pleasantly surprised ..I ordered the pollo frito ceibeño ( fried chicken) wow the flavors are amazing and the overall seasoning of the chicken was the right balance of salty and crunchy , also have to mention the Service was top notch I don’t speak Spanish and they were very helpful in the ordering process…. “The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady. Train your management more than your cashiers... Their title goes over the heads. I'm going to Boston Market... even Popeyes is better...“

“If you’re vacationing in the tourist section of Calle Ocho in Little Havana and want something quick to eat while still having that Caribbean flavor this place is it. It’s fast food so don’t expect too much but it is very good and tasty. It’s going to be a lot cheaper than one of those Cuban motif tourist restaurants in the area and you’ll have more time to sightsee. Service is fast and it’s always very clean. My only issue is they no longer have the fixings bar with all the different sauces so I no longer eat here three or four times a week like I used to pre Pandemic when the sauces were freely available. You can still ask for them but that’s not the same. You can’t be asking for 6 different sauces in massive quantities to drench your Tropi Chop as that would be kind of embarrassing.“

The grilled chicken is always flavorful, the TropiChop bowls are fresh and filling, and the service is fast even during busy lunch hours. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, tasty meal between classes. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat at!“

“This place never lets me down! I've been eating here whenever I come to Dolphin mall, and the chicken chop salad with curry dressing is my go to favorite.

The chicken breast is always extremely moist and the salad is as fresh as you can imagine. I have had the ribs as well, and well, there's nothing that you can go wrong here. They're all amazing options.“
