We went during an art festival and it was extremely busy but she handled it so precisely. She walked us through our options with the utmost patience and humor. I would definitely go back there just for her.“

“Visited salt and straws this past Saturday and was pleasantly greeted with a nice friendly smile by Sam, she offered me various samples of the limited addition flavors, she told me to combine creepy crawly critters with honey lavender which to me was the perfect combination i’ve ever tried on this extremely hot and humid day, store very clean and waffle cones were perfectly cooked and crafted, Special and Big Thanks to Sam for your lovely, warm, and infectious energy that made a day feel so special, giving me the boost of energy to motivate me throughout my busy day.“

“This place is amazing. We are regular now. Delfina was amazing. She sowed us different flavors and helped us to make the best decision. We had the Dubai chocolate with vodka ice cream plus a dubai chocolate bar and a flight to go. So so good. We will come back next week to try the new flavor of mezcal with mango! Sounds amazing!!!! “A new favorite for our gelato-loving family. We tried several flavors and it's hard to choose! All of them were great. You can't go wrong with the Dulce de leche. The coconut is great, too. The lemon is so refreshing and the texture is meringue like, totally lovable.
They serve wafer cookies freshly made in store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. If you love Argentinian style gelato, you have to give this place a try. Parking (street and public garage) around the block.“

Give her a promotion! She was so patient and excited telling us about all the flavors. We sampled so many. She seemed to really love her job, making our experience even better. “We stopped in with our two kids and they were very patient and offered a number of samples. Did not feel rushed at all and they were very kind. All the flavors we tested were super tasty and creamy. “Amazing staff! I love Banana Daddy! the staff are super friendly and educated about the products and overall excited to be at work. Its more than an ice cream store selling banana soft serve. They offer homemade snacks, vitamin supplements, banana syrups, bulk size cold brew, dog treats, tshirts & daddy merch. I got a buffalo chicken turnover. My god! super fresh, not greasy and not too spicy. I also enjoy the chia pudding with berries on top made from coconut milk and yogurt! very light refreshing treat. I will be returning for sure“

“Delicious bubble waffle ice cream that was made and presented beautifully by Brianna. We got the berry bubble waffle, thai tea with boba, and lychee lemonade, which I would skip next time. The thai tea boba was great though and waffle with ice cream was incredible“

“You NEED to try the cookies and crème gelato. It was both mine and my husband’s FAVORITE. I’m not a fan of Oreo/cookies and crème flavored things, but this was SO GOOD. We also tried and liked two other flavors but we did try about half of them (not saying they weren’t good, just not our style). We got the pound and it was WORTH IT.

Also, if you like STRAWBERRY flavor, the creamy strawberry gelato was as if fresh strawberries were blended with milk and frozen, it tasted so fresh and the strawberry flavor was so strong and not at all artificial. DELICIOUS.

Also, bless our server. She gave us roughly half of the flavors to try before we landed on the 3 we tried first. She was so sweet, we had to tip.“

“Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both.
