“Ordered on-line for meal items and were given 20 minute time frame for pick-up. Arrived 25 minutes for pick-up, however, waited patiently for approximately 35 minutes before order ready. I understand as ONLY TWO employees on duty. There were multiple people waiting for their orders. I applaud the two employees because they did an EXTRAORDINARY job in preparing the orders, but, were able to keep track of orders and maintained a pleasant demeanor despite the pressure of numbers. “We did take-out last night from Hardee’s after a long day and was very disappointed to discover when we got home that we were short-changed an item that we paid for. I called Shaun B to report the error and to try and get a credit but the store manager said we had to come in person with the receipt. This seemed like a real inconvenience to us (after already being inconvenienced) so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of customer service but I was pleasantly surprised at how professionally the situation was handled when we got there today. We were helped by multiple people who were all friendly and apologetic for the error and they remade the entire order for us. Well done Hardees employees!“

“We ate here tonight after a long and satisfying day at Legoland with our kids. The food was on point. (Deluxe double burger and kids meals with vanilla and carmel pecan custards). I needed to specifically highlight the staff, who were super kind and patient with us and our small children; none of us knew the menu well, and they took time to answer our rookie questions without showing any impatience, esp on new year's eve a couple hours before closing. I wanted to also specifically highlight the black man who worked the counter tonight and took our order; he acted like he genuinely cared and took pride in what he does- I am sorry I dont remember his name, but he was fantastic in every way. I should have tipped him (I know tipping isn't required) and now I regret not. But the food, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. Thanks for making our last meal out of 2025 a really good one.“

“We tried the Big Dill Meal and were really impressed with the burger—it was delicious! The dill toys were just okay, but the greasy aftertaste wasn’t our favorite.

We also had the pretzel, which surprisingly tasted like a salty donut—but we actually enjoyed it!

As for the pickle drink… we didn’t quite have the courage to go there. Instead, we went for the Heath ice cream shake, and it was a sweet, satisfying choice to end the meal.“

I rarely eat Taco Bell. Just placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive-thru. Employees were friendly; my order was accurate and freshly made. It is probably the cleanest, most neatly-packaged Taco Bell order I’ve ever had. No mess, no lettuce or sauces slopped all over the wrappers. I’ve been hesitant to order from this location since it opened, due to the poor Google reviews; but it’s the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. 👍“

I had an amazing experience at the brand-new Taco Bell in Lake Alfred! The restaurant is spotless, the service is fast, and the food came out fresh and hot. What really made my visit stand out was Mrs. Kim—she was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she cares about the customers and runs a tight ship.
