“Stopped in here before attending the Miami/Indiana National Championship game. Cafecito was delicious and their Cuban sandwiches were top tier! Small little seating area with about 6-7 tables seating 2 people each. They also had a walk-up window, for passerby’s, to order, as well.”

I had Broiled Scrod with garlic roasted green beans topped with roasted red peppers. Others had broiled scallops, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. The fish dishes were delicious and being from Eastern Canada on the seashore, we were more than delighted to have had such great seafood in South Florida! Kudos to the Chefs and Kitchen Staff!! “Stopped by Elvis' Italian Restaurant and Grille on 3/20/26. What a pleasant experience. We were immediately greeted by a lovely young lady (Aubry) who ended up being our server.

She sat us out by the water which made for a nice dining experience. We couldn't have asked for better service.

From the pre dinner cocktails through the calamari appetizer and the veal and prosciutto and Italian Sausage and pasta dishes everything was phenominal.

We got a chance to meet the very kind proprietor and chef, Elvis, as we were finishing our dinner. As full as we were, he recommended the powdered donuts for dessert. What a treat. I highly recommend this establishment for a wonderful food, ambiance and the friendliest staff.”

“Coming from area bordering to Italy i can say dishes are using Italian heritage adjusted for American taste. But the atmosphere and attitude of a restaurant patron makes it an unforgettable experience. Go there, you won’t be sorry.”

“Food was good. The Mac and cheese was goey and very cheesy with a lot of flavor behind it. The collard greens was EXCELLENT, had myself coming back to it after every other spoonful or everything else. The flavor of the brisket was good, the bbq and the bbq mustard sauce gave it even more flair, it was just a little dense. The rice…..I can’t even say anything but good things. Haitians always make the best rice and that STILL stands. The cornbread was good and felt a little “cakeish” which is ALWAYS appreciated in my household, my mom enjoyed it. Definitely pass by if you get a chance; I’m going back for chicken next time.”

As soon as you walk in it just smells delicious and Everything looks good so it’s gonna be hard to choose I had the kebab Skewers sandwich and I promise you it was the Greatest meals I ever had…. It’s so close to my job too so i can just walk over whenever i’m craving an açaí bowl. The environment is always kept very clean too. Very nice place.”

“All indoor seating. One room is asking a canal and has a band Saturday evenings starting about 6:30 pm. There is another room but attached. We left before the band started so can't say how the sound would be. Wait staff was attentive and helpful.
Went for the Grouper Reuben although I prefer it with cole slaw. It was quite good (although for the best, go to Monahan's in South County, RI).
Be aware that they include the tip in the bill.”

Besides the host attitude, the rest of the night was great. Drinks were super good, mojitos were delicious, conch fritters were awesome and wings were excellent.
