“Found this new place on google. I’ve tried most of the Haitian restaurants in the area, but was in the mood to try a new spot. Very nice decor when you walk in and person who assisted me was very nice. Didn’t finish my food because I wanted to write this review first before continuing lol. This restaurant gets 2 thumbs up for me. Everything I bought was delicious…from the bean sauce to the rice and beans, fried plaintains, pikliz, and legume was very good. The beef in the legume was very seasoned which is something I was surprised by yet am appreciative for. I will come again so eager to try the other items. Also they have lunch specials which is a plus!“
“I visited this wonderful Haitian restaurant for the first time today. And OMG!!!! The food here reminds me of how amazingly delicious ?? food truly is. This place cooks with love , pure heart and soul. I ordered “ Goat in sauce, white rice and black beans” . After my first bite I screamed “Jesus”. The flavorful taste of the food touched my soul and remind me of home. I was so impressed with the place I ran back inside and asked for the cook - one in charge and kissed her all over , praised and thanked her for such a pleasant and freshly cooked meal. Everyone please come eat here, it is the BEST Haitian food I have had in south Florida!!!!!!“
“The food was very good and portions were nice and large which was a plus.. delicious pikliz. I also loved that they have a sauced option for the griot and turkey. It’s way better sauced. Manager is also sweet and will address any minor issues.“
“The absolute BEST Haitian Patties in broward❗️Buttery, flaky, fresh & packed with a good amount of meat ! U won't be able to eat just one lol I also had their hot chocolate & lemonade both were amazing ! Felt like I was back in haiti when I was drinking them.. only things I didn't like was their spaghetti it was too spicy 4 me & their joumou soup is a miss“
“Maaannnn..... Listen, I ordered the griot and I must say.... that was the closest to how my grandma makes griot. Food was fresh and on point. Only thing that was a concerning was the piklis... it wasn't that spicy and still in the fermented stage.“
“Today was my first time buying Haitian food there, the food is so good, they serve real fresh authentic Haitian food, their griot, fried plantains are amazing, rice very good, the owner made sure to give great customer service ?. Definitely will “
“(Translated by Google) It was not in my plans to eat in that restaurant, however my experience was very good, the food was exquisite, very Caribbean and well presented. I would definitely go again to continue tasting the delicious Haitian food(Original)No estaba en mis planes comer en ese restaurante, sin embargo mi experiencia fue muy buena, la comida exquisita , muy caribeña y bien presentada. Sin duda volvería a ir para seguir degustando la rica comida haitiana“
“Embarking on a gastronomic adventure through the vibrant streets of Miami, I chanced upon a mobile haven of flavors that transcended the conventional lunchtime experience - the Itiah Food Truck. Nestled amidst the bustling cityscape, this culinary gem beckoned with promises of tantalizing delights that were nothing short of extraordinary. As the sun reached its zenith, I found solace in the shade of Itiah Food Truck, a beacon of culinary ingenuity that offered respite and indulgence in equal measure. The lunchtime affair unfolded with an array of options that were as diverse as they were enticing. Among the myriad choices, the Jerk Chicken Wrap stood out as a testament to the art of fusion cuisine. The succulent pieces of jerk-seasoned chicken, enveloped in a warm tortilla alongside a symphony of fresh vegetables and zesty sauces, created a harmonious medley that was both soul-satisfying and invigorating. However, what truly distinguished this dining experience was the impeccable service offered by our waitress, Mia. With a genuine smile that radiated warmth, Mia was a beacon of attentiveness and knowledge. Her recommendations were a testament to her deep understanding of the menu, guiding us towards culinary treasures that we might have otherwise overlooked. Mia's dedication to ensuring our dining journey was nothing short of exceptional added an extra layer of delight to our meal. The culinary exploration continued with the Choripan sandwich, a delightful concoction that paid homage to Latin American flavors. The smoky chorizo nestled within a perfectly toasted bun, complemented by vibrant chimichurri sauce, was a fusion of textures and tastes that left an indelible mark on my palate. Accompanied by crispy yucca fries that added a delightful crunch, this dish was a testament to Itiah Food Truck's ability to turn everyday ingredients into works of edible art.In a city celebrated for its culinary diversity, Itiah Food Truck has carved its own niche by delivering lunchtime marvels that bridge cultures and palates. From the innovative flavors that graced our plates to the exemplary service provided by Mia, this food truck redefines the traditional notion of a quick lunch. If you seek a midday reprieve that ventures beyond the ordinary, look no further than Itiah Food Truck in Miami - a mobile culinary masterpiece that promises an experience as unique as the city itself.“
“Every time I come to La Belle Jacmelienne cafe the food is amazing not once time have I been disappointed in the quality of the food or the service I got from here everything tasted fresh and very well seasoned and the customer service is excellent not to mention you can tell it is very clean inside they have tables you can sit and dine and they will bring out your food and pick up your trash afterward. The owner always comes out greets each customer and makes everyone feel welcome and everyone working there always smiles and greets you as you walk in making you want to come back. AMAZING RESTAURANT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By far the best Haitian in Miramar“
“What can I say.. This is some of the most delicious Haitian food in broward county hands down. The fried plantains are the best I've ever had.. I'm Cuban and my mom can cook and these are better than hers( I won't tell her that) that turkey tassot is amazing the white rice was perfect.“
“Overall, the food is very good, reasonably priced and the wait time short. The only complaint I have, is that the staff could be a bit more receptive by smiling and be a little more engaging to new customers ordering to go. This I think would make the customer feel a bit more appreciated.“
“Easy to find and the lady that helped me was really nice. They do not have vegetarian options which is sad but they did have some seafood options for me. I tried their fish patty and black Haitian rice. Both were really good and I will be back to try other options.“
“First time coming here and feel lucky to have come across this spot. I had diri ak djon djon with legume. And the legume surprisingly had 3 different meat in it. For meat lovers, this is for you. I enjoyed my filling meal. Lighten up on the lwil, too much lwil“
“The fried pork (Grio) is always cooked to protection and the pikliz (Spicy Coleslaw) taste perfect with the rice, beans and pork together. Just an amazing combination, family run restaurants are the best in Oakland Park. Hands down best Hattian food in the area.“
“If you are looking for good quality this is where it's at I promise you guys that everything taste good from the ice cream to the milkshake and smoothie and food the SUNRISE smoothie alone will have you coming back every time. And they have Haitian spaghetti, pate kode and they are so good and filling. If you are seeing this that means you need to go TRY IT IMMEDIATELY. DONT WALK RUN!!!!!“
“The place is a little tiny therefore what’s coming out from it will blown out your mouth if you wanna feel you’re eating just like home you have to stop while you’re in Miami, food are delicious and their taste is amazing! Best Haitian food I ever had…Vegetarian options: I mean you can order however you want to because they have all kind of dishParking: Like I said the place is a little tiny however food are amazing, plenty of parking…Kid-friendliness: You can go with your kids and actually eat there so please guy stop by and let me know about it..“
“This mom and pop joint takes your palate to the next level. I got the goat and my girlfriend got the whole snapper. I was hesitant at first thinking the goat had been sitting out but the gentleman that was assisting us gave me a sample and let me tell you, it was exquisite. They are very warm and welcoming. I even asked for extra goat for my order, even though it was a very healthy portion. My girlfriend loved the food and their rice can be a stand alone dish. This will forever be a staple for me. Definitely going to be a continuous customer.“
“I did NOT feel like eating next to a nasty dumpster outside at China Hut so I tried this place and I'm glad I did! They were friendly to everyone in the line before me and treated me no differently. And my food!!! Bruh!!! That FISH PLATTER IS EVERYTHING! Fresh, hot, and enough rice to last you TWO MEALS. A lady came in and the server asked how her baby was doing which I thought was refreshing! They actually connect with their customers instead of taking your money, handing you a plate, and that's it.“
“Regina's Farm is a very pleasant place to have a great meal with soup, salad, a variety of dishes and a variety of awesome desserts. Great for couples, families and friends. The homemade soups are delicious. The beet soup, butternut squash and oxtail soups are my favorites. All of the dishes my husband Jeff have had are exquisite and very tasty. We are definitely going back and are telling the rest of our family as well as our friends.“
“Atmosphere isn't great, but if you know anything about Haitian restaurants, the decor is often the reverse of the food quality. Poor decor, but good food is typical. Cuisine Lakay is no exception. Ordered the fried pork with rice and beans and it was made to order and pretty damn “
“Hands down haitian restaurant! My only observation is the fried chicken taste American. Nothing Haitian at all, even the taste is different. But I understand they wanna appeal other cultures as well and though did a variation with how they make the fried chickens. But since the pandemic, I don’t think they longer allow people to sit inside. It’s only take food and go which I got no problem with. But overall, food is delish and workers are nice and friendly.“
“Tried this place randomly with no expectations, and I was blown away! Breakfast a super delicious and I have to say its actually better than most local diners I've been to. Both serving size and quality of food were great.I have no complaints. Can't wait to go back and try something for lunch, like the gyro. Definitely coming back again.“
“I really enjoyed my experience at this Haitian carry out. It is a bit small but I took a peak in the back and the kitchen is kept very clean and organized. The food came out hot and fresh. Everything was well seasoned and had a nice kick of pepper without overdoing it for people who don't like spicy food. The portions were very big, enough to serve my family and still have a lot of leftovers. Lastly, they were very friendly and welcoming which is always a plus.“
