“I went there today during dinner and it was very busy. They were obviously holding on french fries but I was patient. I spoke to the manager Engelbert and He tried to speed up my order which He was not able to so it ended up being almost 30 minutes late, but he then made a recovery and quickly offered me a refund and made sure everything was right so my daughter could eat her dinner. Normally, Anyone would be upset, but he apologized, listened to what I said, and found a solution.“
“Nothing exceptional, but I will say after many visits, it's very clean and well run, with good employees. Easy access off of interstate 4. Truck stop next door isn't nice and bathrooms are nasty. McDonald's here is very good. If you need gas or a clean store, go across the street to Love's.“
