“Hubby and I came to try Gallos Pollos on a Tuesday and it was SO good! We brought 2 more family members 2 days later and came back again today! This place is AHHHMaaaazzzzing!!! The food is delicious and so full of flavor! The steak, chicken, and carnitas are tender and juicy! The cornbread is moist and so good! The icing on the cake…is the staff!! I had a very small issue with one of the chicken tenders, but Robert, the assistant manager, immediately resolved it. He not only fixed the problem but also brought me a few extra hot chicken tenders as a gesture of goodwill. It’s refreshing to encounter such exceptional customer service in today’s fast-paced world.
