“I started going to Athena’s when my son and family first moved to Maitland over 17 years ago. Since 2018 I went there at least once a week. Having to move back to Connecticut, I miss their chicken so much. My grandchildren know when I come to visit that is the first place I stop to eat. Their chicken is always so delicious and moist. “This was our first time trying Dave's. We tried two tenders, fries, and a mozzarella stick, heat level varying from mild to hot. The tenders and mozzarella stick were amazing, possibly the best quality chicken tenders we've ever had. We were a bit disappointed with the heat level. Everything tasted delicious but none of it was spicy, there was more sweet for sure. Still delicious and we’ll definitely be back and will have to try the hotter options.“

“I come through the drive-thru almost every morning and the staff greets me by name at this point. Everyone who works here has been really friendly to me over the years, and I see the same faces which tells me people actually like working here.

A couple times there’s been a mix-up with my order and when I came back they went above and beyond to make it right. That says a lot about how this location is run.“

“went in monday evening. myself and my son were 3rd in line. all 3 parties walked in at the same time. we all stood there for 15 mins before be acknowledged. the guy in front of me walked out. the guy behind the counter (dark wavey hair and glasses) would not even make eye contact with any of us or even say we will be right with you. i watch him fill about 7 online orders while we were being ignored by him. after about 15 mins the female manager came out and spoke to us and apologized that they are very under staffed and drowning in online orders. the manager did a great job and made it up to us in line for having to wait so long and refused to tip for me because she said they did not earn it with there service. hats off the this young lady for taking accountability and control of the situation. it's hard to find accountability these days. SEEING a pattern that the owner only responds to positive reviews.“

“On the morning of July 21, 2026, my spouse and I arrived at Chick-fil-A and joined the drive-thru line from the gas station entrance. As the vehicle in front of us moved forward, a red car approached from the opposite direction and cut into the line, bypassing the many customers who had been patiently waiting. The line had extended into the gas station parking lot, and everyone else was following the proper order.

Several customers were understandably frustrated, and a few honked their horns in response to the situation. It was disappointing to see someone disregard the line while everyone else was waiting their turn.

We are writing to commend Caleb for the calm, professional, and respectful way he handled the situation. Once the driver realized that cutting in line would not be allowed, they left the drive-thru. Caleb then came to our vehicle and apologized for the inconvenience. His willingness to address the situation fairly and courteously made a lasting impression on us.

We thanked Caleb because it is not always easy to stand up for what is right, especially in a tense situation. He handled it with professionalism, integrity, and kindness, and we truly appreciate the way he represented Chick-fil-A.

We hope Caleb receives the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. You have an exceptional team member, and we wanted to make sure his efforts did not go unnoticed.“

“I transferred to Orlando from Nashville and was looking for some good hot chicken. Upon my search I came across Trailer Birds. Having had my share of hot chicken, with some being at the level that would make a Cajun man cry, particularly the hot chicken at Party Fowl; The Poultrygeist heat level at Party Fowl is in a league of its own, I wanted to see what would stack up against the competition. I ordered the Fubar hot chicken sandwich. It was nowhere near as hot as the Poultrygeist. That said, the quality of the sandwich was exceptionally good! Tender and juicy with a nice light crisp on the breading and vinegary hit of the sauce. I will definitely order again!“
