Serving up their EV charging station for electrical cars. When lunch time came around, I decided to have lunch inside. The team and the manager Catavia was so polite and customer pleasing. Quick with the service, very friendly and made sure me and anyone of my team, that ate. Was well taken care of. Customer service 100%, food 100% especially for chicken fingers. “went in monday evening. myself and my son were 3rd in line. all 3 parties walked in at the same time. we all stood there for 15 mins before be acknowledged. the guy in front of me walked out. the guy behind the counter (dark wavey hair and glasses) would not even make eye contact with any of us or even say we will be right with you. i watch him fill about 7 online orders while we were being ignored by him. after about 15 mins the female manager came out and spoke to us and apologized that they are very under staffed and drowning in online orders. the manager did a great job and made it up to us in line for having to wait so long and refused to tip for me because she said they did not earn it with there service. hats off the this young lady for taking accountability and control of the situation. it's hard to find accountability these days. SEEING a pattern that the owner only responds to positive reviews.“

This place is always clean, the food is fresh, delicious and comes out fast, and the employees are genuinely so sweet. If there’s ever anything wrong, they’re quick to fix it without making you feel like you’re bothering them.

And Kim, the manager, is seriously a breath of fresh air when it comes to management. She’s warm, genuine and you can tell that energy carries over to the people working with her.

Honestly, if I wasn’t counting calories I’d probably come here twice a day 😂
